Breakfast time is at 8 AM and we had to catch the train at 8.. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30 like other hotels everywhere as early morning tourists will surely miss, even though paid for it.

Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower. Room was clean, bathroom had the jet spray along with other amenities and each floor has 2 rooms only which was much peaceful for the stay

This is the best place to stay in Batumi, manage to get room in tower, live music in garden and nice bars around, near sea shore, my friends were staying in different hotels and i had feeling that im living in lux apartments and price was only 20 lari more😀

The room was very comfortable but the 1970s-inspired decor was a bit surprising and did not match what I had seen of the hotel during my previous stay.

Although I arrived very late, very wet and very tired because of traffic problems and weather, my room was still available and I was made to feel welcome.

I did enjoy the music, but for someone who needed to work and get good sleep, it did go on quite late, but I understand that it is for the people who are on holiday and want some entertainment.

The staff were friendly and courteous and made me very welcome. The room I was given was perfect for my needs, with a desk where I could work at the end of the day. The wardrobe space was very well organised and I appreciated the quantity of clothes hangers and the slippers.

Okay so this hotel is in Piazza as name suggests and in the piazza square there is live music from 20:00 until midnight. Sometimes I was really tired from waking in high degree weathers and wanted to relax or sleep earlier or take a nap but it is impossible because music is too loud and no matter if you close the doors or not you can clearly be drowned in the sounds of music. so if you are an early sleeper or if you like to rest in the evening to be energized for night life this place may not be for you.

It is in a really good location, but it is away from orbi buildings, but that is a pro rather then a com because it is close to the beach where mot many people gather around and also everything is from a walking distance. 24/7 stores and pharmaceuticals are nearby. Staff was nice and cleaners were superb. Also breakfast is to die for they have many varieties of food and all delicious.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety. There was still plenty of food (including fruit), however, we stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was always the same. The bathroom was leaking a bit, it could use some renovation (we never asked to have it fixed or a change of a room though).

Excellent location, close to everything. We had a room on the 10th floor and the view was spectacular. The administrator/manager who welcomed us was super friendly, and the other administrator who helped us out when we locked the room card in a car was very helpful as well. There was a live concert every night down on the piazza, and it was always crowded, however, we were not bothered by noise, as it stopped around 11:00.

The phone in our room was not working. Plus, in case you need the reception, you have to go to the Piazza Four Colors hotel (located at Piazza Square itself) as there was no one at the desk. Also, the breakfast could have more dishes or varieties.

Piazza Boutique is perfectly located in Batumi(subjective), at Piazza Square, one of the sightseeing spots, so staying here means one of the sightseeing places is already ticked off. The hotel has an amazing view of the Black Sea and Batumi City. As a bonus, the rooms have two balconies. The compound has restaurants, hookahs, and even live music in the evening that goes till midnight. The rooms were really comfortable. We got a room on the 9th floor.

What surprised us is that the toilet didn’t have normal doors, just the jealousie-like shield doors, which is hilarious and a bit embarassing))) all the rest was lovely

The room was lovely, 2 balconies. We could watch football on the screen on piazza from our balcony. The linen and towels were crisp. The breakfast was all right - not an extensive selection but we liked it. The hotel is 8-10 min by taxi from the Batumi central station, 8 min to Alphabet tower. The clocks chime every 15 min but it didn’t bother us, and we couldn’t hear it in the night.

The hotel staff is incredibly bad, not hospitable at all. The people at the reception are strict as if they are prison staff and we get the wrong answer to every question. Especially the woman standing at the reception at night did not help us at all when we forgot our key. After keeping us waiting at the reception for about 1.5 hours, she gave us a new key.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance to every point to visit in the city center. The furniture in the room is useful and comfortable. The view of the room is very nice especially after the 6th floor.

The only slight blot on my stay was the breakfast which didnt provide a great choice or an abundance of fruit or cereals

The location was excellent, the view from my tenth floor balcny was breathtaking and I couldnt have asked more from the maid who got my dirtty weashing cleaned promptly and immaculately

Receptions was nice but in breakfast room...... the man was rude. Actually people were very rude in Batum generally. But the man who is responsible for breakfast service was rude.

Location was perfect. Batumi is a small city. We were 6 people stayed in a hotel. Bed was comfy, room was warm, bathroom was enough big. It's probably one of the most reasonable hotel in Batum. Breakfast was enough. You can find sth to eat.
