Location good, comfy place . on the main road and it’s 5 min walking from the ski lift 🚠and a lot of ski rentals it has restaurants little souvenirs stores and supermarket walking distance. "marshrutka” to Tbilisi Stops in the restaurant in front of the hotel it was really difficult to know the schedule but there was one at 11 am so you know 😋 ksenia at the reception She was very attentive and helpful

The owner is a very friendly guy he was very helpful, he even gave us a bottle of cha cha on the house. The restaurants khinkali is delicious. The location is very close to the ski lift.

Hotel itself is not very modern, but it was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom might be refurbished to meet nowadays standards, but on the other hand it was a good trade-off for excellent price. Ski-room has no boots heater, it would be nice to have them. It would be lovely if sauna would be fixed!

The hotel is located near main road (the Georgian Military Road), however during our stay trucks traffic was limited due to snow condition, so I can't say much about noise level. Lower ski lift station is about 7 minutes on feet, easy road. Breakfasts were delightful and included local products! Also, something new / different was available every day. We stay for a dinner couple times and generally were happy with overall food quality (however I would not recommend Khinkali, you can find way better ones nearby).

The room was small & extra warm. we had to open the windows to feel atleast a little cold.

The location was really good. It was in the middle of snow. The staffs were also good. There was a lady named Ms .Neena who was really helpful. She was very pleasant & welcoming. There were few other staffs who were also good. The hotel is near to ski resort & the outside view was really awesome.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Our room was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was perfect for us, close to many activities. Hotel's restaurant was pretty good, food was delicious.

: The breakfast wasn't good. At breakfast there was dry bread. The beds were really terrible. Low water pressure in the shower. There was no kettle and cups in the room for making hot drinks.

.Mrs. Anna from the hotel was very helpful and was very kind. Close to the supermarket and the ski lift. Only if you want to save money on your trip, then the hotel provides good value.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, comfortable room, everything was clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel is very nice. If you want to feel Georgian hospitality, this is the place for you.

I had the pleasure of staying in Truso during my recent trip to Gudauri, Georgia. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. The bed was large and comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also clean and well-appointed, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable, which was important for me as I needed to work during my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend Truso's double room to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Gudauri.

We visited Gudauri with family, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating with our questions before the visit, too, they tried their best to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The hotel also had a great outdoor area for the kids which is a perfect way for them to burn off energy. The hotel's location in the mountains is also great, as it is very close from the ski lift, shops and restaurants. We highly recommend the hotel for families, travelling with children. Basic but tasty Georgian breakfast is served. The restaurants in town were closing earlier so we stayed to dine at the hotel, the food was homecooked, fresh and tasty.

I traveled to the Truso as a business traveler and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and amenities offered. The hotel staff was professional and attentive, and my room was equipped with everything I needed to work comfortably. The hotel's location in the mountains was also a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the city. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for future business trips.

I recently took a trip to Gudauri and it was an amazing experience! Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet which had a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and I was able to do some great hiking and sightseeing. Akaki Jamburia (2 guests, family room) review: 10 My wife and I recently stayed at the Truso, in Gudauri, for a much needed break from the city and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the hotel’s indoor sauna, which was a great way to relax after a day of hiking.
