I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are not just comfortable but also beautifully designed, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I searched high and low for any tiny flaw, but I came up empty-handed. It's a solid 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Every moment spent there feels like a luxurious escape.

I don’t see any negative points.

The property is very well situated in a nice pedestrian street with restaurants and bars around. I would like to make a particular thanks to David for his Welcoming attitude and his great social skills. He helped us find a solution to park our car and made our stay very special! The hotel is very clean and has amazing facilities, I am very impressed by the quality of the hotel and the room! This will be my choice in my upcoming stays! Thanks David! 😊

The rooms are very large and spacious, the ceiling is very high. Cleanliness was very very good and everything in the room was of great quality (even the slippers!) The employees are friendly and helpful. Information about the best locations in the city. You will be very comfortable as it is within walking distance to everywhere. If I go again, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The only negative point is that we were not informed that there was a party on Friday evening in the courtyard with a very large DJ and our room was right on it... We then had to go to the party, good atmosphere but there was no need to play the music (excellent DJ by the way) so loud... Entertainment manager/guru should also know how to generate a great atmosphere without making people deaf ;-)

The staff was excellent, the hotel is brand new and quality of the bed / room size were great! The reception team has been great, assisting us booking transportations, make restaurant reservations. The location in "New Tiflis" is also brillant and Tbilisi is a great city to walk through.

This is a very nice hotel, located in city center. A lot of nice places are at walking distance. There are a lot of great caffes and restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel has a great atmosphere. Rooms are very comfortable and fresh. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.

Likely due to the timing of the hotel's opening, there was a pronounced security presence. This occasionally made entering the hotel a bit cumbersome, as we had to verify our status as guests repeatedly. Additionally, during our stay, a security alarm was mistakenly triggered, resulting in a brief evacuation - a hiccup that was somewhat unsettling.

Checking in during the hotel's opening offered us an experience with pristine facilities; everything felt fresh and untouched. The processes of check-in and check-out were flawlessly executed, with the added delight of being upgraded to a larger room. Furthermore, the hotel's prime location, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and attractions, added to the convenience of our stay.

The AC didn't work. When we asked they turned it on but it did not cool. Very uncomfortable to sleep when its so hot and the duvets are so thick.

Great location, with beautiful surroundings. Historical building, street with lots of fabolous cafees.The most friendly and helpful staff, truly Georgian hospitality!!! ❤️lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service I had a great dinner in Posta courtyard restaurant. Food was very delicious and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Rooms are very cool with Georgian artworks🤗😎 I was very pleased with my stay. Hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Love you guys and see you soon 🤗❤️

The staff was so friendly to me right from the entrance . The best feature I've liked in this hotel is that they're pet friendly so I was able to take my cat with me to the room and there was no problem with it . The location itself was in the middle of Tbilisi . Overall I'm very pleased with this hotel, probably the best one I've stayd yet.

(1) Location !! It is about a km walk from old city, and the surroundings of this hotel pale in comparison to the old city. The eateries are mostly Arabian/Pakistani cuisines and the couple of places offering Georgian food were'nt that great (and were expensive). Walking on streets with family was a bit uncomfortable with all the (seemingly) poorer localities and graffiti around. Fabrika, which was at a clos walking distance was a disappointment too. (2) The staff appearance (body-language) was cold - there was a gentleman at the main door whose job (it seemed to me) was only to keep an eye on everything. It seemed I was being watched even while having breakfast :-P in the adjoining hotel area. Smiles were missing from the staff faces (except at the reception) and the warmth seemed missing. Housekeeping staff was efficient and helped me sort out HVAC issues when I reported one.

The hotel is decent but and my experience was ok. The breakfast spread was good. The rooms were a bit small though.
