How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A whirlpool in the spa would be great.
The panoramic windows and the views are terrific. This applies to the rooms, but to the spa and fitness room as well. Breakfast is what you expect in such a place (diverse, fresh and tasty), the open terrace when the weather is nice is a great point! Helpful and smiling staff.

Great property , we lived in the panaromic view room Was soo nice though a little pricey. The pool has a stunning view and the spa experience was very nice as well Gogi at concierge was sooo very helpful. And ever smiling The entire staff was soo nice and polite and smiling face unlike what u experience outside on the street. I would highly recommend a stay here , the location is very nice too.

TV was very laggy. I could not properly connect to my phone and it kept disconnecting.
View was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very good and the view from the pool was also incredible.

Everything was good , especially Staffs were Prefect , View of Room was fascinating, breakfast was with plenty of choices and has been served in Good times ( 7 till 11 am ) , Infiniti pool was perfect I think this is one of the best 5 stars hotel in Tbilisi , just the only thing: there is not a proper area at lobby for seating & Meeting although there is a Terrace cafe which hard to settle a meeting in winter time ( cafe has place at indoor and can be settle meeting there ) All in All can't give point less than 9.8/10

Bathroom lights shine too bright when someone else is sleeping.
Excellent with beautiful view of city from bedroom. The room was clean, comfortable and quite roomy.

I wish the friend working at the reception had been more polite to both my wife, who arrived before me, and me. Also, the fact that the reservation notes were not read at all created a minor problem. Please be more attentive.

This was a very exceptional experience with this panoramic view room, OMG the sunrise view from the room is just awesome as well as the view of city & river..Breakfast is amazing, everything’s perfect. Definitely will advise anyone to try it.

The cleaning pattern was sometimes inconsistent between the rooms. One day my room was cleaned and when i came back in the evening to my surprise there was no towel in the bathroom. I did inform the reception next day about this observation. The security staff at the hotel are not smiling. I have complained to the reception on an incident when one particular security guy came to us while our kids were quietly sitting on the floor of the seating area infront of the reception and told us they shouldn’t be on the floor!Just like that!For no reason! There is no sign saying kids shouldn’t sit on the floor! The shift lady manager came and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience which we appreciated.
Breakfast was good. Rooms spacious. Location close to amenities and main high street.

special thanks to the room service guy that night we stayed, i forgot his name maybe alex, for recommending me the asian food chicken tereyaki it was soo yummy. i ordered room service bit late at night but this guy is very helpful

It stated 'hot tub' in the description of the room but I was told at the hotel this was an error in the description. Needs to be changed. Slight issue, but otherwise an excellent stay.
Excellent central location, not far from the metro. Very comfortable room, with great views from the higher floors.
