Location and facilities are good. A solid 4+ stars. Not the newest but certainly among top-tier in Tbilisi. View and size of rooms are amazing. Good breakfast with big terrace and a wide choice of food local as well as international.

Saudi Arabiaalthough I stayed in a premium, the pictures are deceptive as only two walls are windows and despite requesting multiple times they put me at level 3 which limits the view. I would have gotten a better view if I'd opted for a cheaper room. Spa services are average quality and over priced. It took many calls to reception to finally have someone come to open the fridge. They will keep it locked unless you pay extra at the desk for minibar even though I had no interest in using it I tried the sushi and pizza/pasta restaurants. The sushi quality wasn't worth the price at all
The best thing is the full length windows. Hotel location is good and near the station and bus stop from airport, and on the river for a great view A nice touch was the complimentary and surprise slice of cake and wine for my birthday.

United Arab EmiratesSo disappointed with my stay experience at RADISSON Blu in Tbilisi . My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Every interaction with the staff reminded me that great building and facilities does not count towards lack of hospitality. And that comes from being hospitable; genuinely welcoming guests . Sadly that is missing . May be the team can visit other parts of the world to learn about hospitality . This experience at the hotel diminished our vacation experience.

ItalyI was travelling and I had a backache. I asked for an armchair or a chair with armrests to give some rest to my back. They said they haven't. I did propose to pay for buying one. They said no. Not possible. A few minutes after I arrived someone sent from the concierge arrived and locked my fridge as I said I was not interested in paying a deposit for drinking beverages inside. Not acceptable in high standard hotel. No one able to give me any suggestion to what to visit in town.

United Arab EmiratesThe air conditioning did not work at our room. We just could not sleep, called the reception at 3 am, the technician did something and said it will become ok, but it did not. At 5 am, we called for support again and waited till 5:30 am, no one came, no follow up- just so surprising for Radisson’s service levels. When we were checking out, I passed this feedback and the team tells me, that there was a general issue with the air conditioning the night we stayed here. Why would you not inform your guests during check in (we stayed just for 1 night), why would your reception not tell us about this issue. Having a great property, without getting the basics right, is practically a waste of resources. 10 days in Georgia, this was the worst stay for us. Reconsidering staying at Radisson properties globally. Marriot would never do this to their guests.

IndiaGenerally , where ever we stayed for more than 2-3 days, we got the special attention from the hotel staff, here we stayed there for 6 night but , we did not find any attention or interaction from the front desk staff or restaurant staff, they just left us alone . Even for our vegetarian breakfast request was also not attended, completely ignore. Free shuttle from the airport, misleading information, we did not find it.

Also, when we decided to extend our stay for another night, we had to move to another room on different floor since we booked another type of room. The receptionist asked us to be ready and wait as they were preparing the other room for us. During this time, 2 helpers kept coming to our room for the check out, several times. Although we have already informed them that we extended our stay and we are only waiting the other room, one of the helpers entered our room without permission and he knew that we are still in the room! He didn’t bothered himself to apologize he just acted in rude way and left! After that, they turned off the AC while we were waiting. After all of this mess, we’ve canceled the extra night and left the hotel. If they wanted that room so badly, the receptionist could asked us to leave the room from the beginning. They need professional staff + to manage check in/out process properly
