Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Best location close to the restaurants and metro station as well as the bus stop. The lady was helpful and even offered me the metro card :) The room was big enough and cleaned every day.its a small, cute boutique hotel , tea was provided in the dining area throughout the day and there is a microwave.

TurkeyI liked everything. Clean hotel, friendly service
As i walked in i was greeted by the friendly gentleman that works at the reception. The hotel is stunning, being a old building. Each room is unique and beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Within walking distance to everything. Small tip - dont use taxis to get there. I was robbed by a taxi driver. Rather make use of bolt. And the reception can also arrange a airport transfer. I will stay there again

IndiaThe temperature setting in the room was a tad bit complicated.
Location was quite perfect. Centrally located to major parts of the city. Cabs are easily accessible. The breakfast was really good. A massive Georgian spread which makes it wonderful for anyone curious about local cuisines. The rooms were great. Really artistic. Staff was friendly and were always there to answer any queries.

United StatesThe street does have a lot of street noise at night-- so pack ear plugs and you'll be fine
Room was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable bed. The main road connected to it is lovely, a great walk, and a fantastic bakery nearby. Also a short walk to the Fabrika.

QatarThe lobby area smelled like cigarettes, the breakfast could be better and they could pay more attention to the customer requirements (as to check if they need something more during breakfast or if everything was ok). The room was not as clean and you can find cobwebs in the roof and entrance. The bathroom strongly smelled like sewerage. The bed/mattress was old, thin and not comfortable and in the middle of the night we rolled to the middle of the bed so we had to move back to our side.
The hotel is located in a good place in the city near a main street with lots of different shops. It's a walking distance from Old Tbilisi (if you like to walk). The decoration of the hotel is nice. It is a restored house. The lady at the front desk is really kind and helpful. The airport - hotel transport was good.

Really liked this hotel! If you are looking for cozy artistic vibe this is the place to stay. Very nice staff, always accommodated the needs. The breakfasts were huge, lots of food (maybe not for western liking or if you on a diet, but they were great) I really liked the location. Very close to many cafe's, both Georgian and international.

TurkeySome elements in the room would benefit from a bit of work (e.g. the water tap was a bit tricky to close fully), but those were the tiniest details which went along the general design and did not affect the stay in any way.
The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the metro station. You can easily walk to many places of interest or the railway station. The breakfast has some variety and with quite a few options it's impossible to stay hungry even if you don't like one of the components. The staff is incredibly helpful in any situation. The room was spacious and that little top floor became our favourite cosy hangout place for the late-evening tea, talks and reading. It's a great place to enjoy vibrant colours, a bit of a retro touch and the comfort one would expect from a hotel.

ArmeniaThe caretaker of this hotel is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was always smiling and helpful. She served us a huge Georgian breakfast upstairs in the morning, which was all included. The rooms and Inn were on a quiet side street, but also right there you can go 1/4 block by foot and see all the excitement in the city. I was amazed and impressed. The rooms are so carefully decorated and while the building is old, they made that work perfectly to their advantage and themed the whole place off of old cultural and historical accuracy. We all loved it and we will be back many times.
