Georgiawe recently had an outstanding stay at this property and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the room and common areas spotless and well-maintained. The service provided was top-notch. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. In particular, Maia stood out with her caring and thoughtful nature, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was beautifully maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The comfort of the accommodations was superb, with all amenities designed to make guests feel right at home. The hospitality overall was exceptional. The staff’s warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

GeorgiaVery nice and clean building, both on the outside and the inside. The room was comfortable, cozy, and super clean. The AC worked really well and the shower had hot water. Everything was really top notch. The included breakfasts were amazing! I am not a morning person or big on breakfast but the food was so tasty with so much variety that it was easily my most enjoyable meal of the day. The pool was awesome to relax in and a nice alternative to the beach just a few meters away. The entire staff at Ritsa, from Nana at the reception, to the cleaning, to the chefs, and staff at the cafe were extremely kind and friendly. By far, this is the best customer service I have experienced in 6 months living in Georgia. I would highly recommend Ritsa Resort to everyone! Really exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The hotel is new, modern and meets high standards. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, featuring AC, a smart TV, a spacious double bed, fresh linen and towels, and high-quality bathroom amenities. The hotel has a lift and a rooftop pool with sunbeds, perfect for relaxation. The location is ideal—just a minute’s walk to the beach without needing to cross any roads. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking. The hosts and staff are incredibly attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the cafe, with local seafood and a wide variety of homemade dishes. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering the usual eggs and sausages alongside homemade dairy products and various jams. Great choice! Highly recommend! Thanks to the hosts for making our visit memorable!

GeorgiaMy family and I stayed at Ritsa Resort for a couple of days this summer. The hotel has a great location ,the beach is very close from the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Service was great and overall the staff was exceptional. Pool was also great, very clean and neat. Every guest that I met seemed to be having a great time. There are some local restaurants that we enjoyed as well. We’ll definitely come again. 👌🥂🥰
