The room was uncomfortably cold in December. We requested the host to increase the heating, but it was ineffective. Additionally, the host did not respond to our messages through Booking.com.

I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The location was perfect and so convenient, and I truly appreciated how clean everything was. The host was very welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting stay!

There isn't a private parking available, and no soap in the bathroom.

Clean guesthouse located in the center of Gori. The fortress is only 5 minutes away. Unfortunately I did not get to meet the host, but they were very quickly any questions I had through text! I recommend.

Missing toilet seat.

The old house is very cute and nicely renovated. It has a nice yard to chill out. When i arrived nobody was there but the very lovely neighbors and their sweet daughter helped me getting in and finding my room. Thank you again. 😊 Also the owner was super friendly on the phone with excellent English. The room was ok, nicely equipped and for the age of the house and well done. Nevertheless the bathroom had no toilet seat which i expected due to the photos and the price. Still it was an interesting stay in this old house with its creaky floors. 😊

It was difficult to find initially, as there is some confusion with Google map but we have had that with a few other guesthouses as well in Georgia.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable with lovely cotton bed linen. Our host was really helpful and prepared beautiful homemade breakfast for us each morning. She also spoke excellent English making it easy for us to arrange a trip to the ancient cave dwelling Uplistikhe. This is a must see if visiting Gori as it will totally blow your mind! It’s amazing. The Gori Fortress is right near the accommodation and is also not to be missed.

Horrible host.. we arrived when in Georgia was snow and -5 degrees. The windows were large open in the room and she closed then when we arrived. We want to leave but she told us it will get warmer in 20-30 minutes. We paid 60 GEL and she left. After two hours of constantly told her it's too cold we decided to leave and she refused to give our money back because "we already stayed in the room" even tho we wanted to leave right away. She was talking on the phone very rude and didn't let me speak and tell what bothered me.

The hotel try to scam me, they never mention to me the price of the breakfast, it was and extra of 50% on the price of the room to have dry bread with bad coffee in the morning. Even when I ask some price information on what’s app they didn’t mention the price of the breakfast. When I ask to paid and I saw that I have to paid almost the double amout of money for my stay, they told me that I’m stupid and I should have look more on booking. They didn’t care about me

When we reached there was no one to open the gates, there were dogs outside but then the owner called someone neighbour and she came to open. Everything was freezing because the heaters were not on earlier. There was no water. Heater was bad. Wooden floor making noises. We reached there around 10pm and requested next day to check out little later but the owner refused although all 4 rooms were empty she had

It was close to all tourist attraction points. Breakfast was very nice for 20 lari one person

The host did not greet us or respond to our arrival email. Check in was instead done by a child neighbour (because the host was absent?), meaning communication was limited and poor, and we were rudely awakened at 10pm by the owner banging on the door demanding that we opened the outer entrance door. (We had not been advised or made aware by the child neighbour that this was the only set of keys, so being responsible, diligent, and respectful of the premises, we locked all doors (as anyone would expect)). The owner was rude, unpleasant and unwilling to listen to what we had to say regarding the situation. Disrespectful attitude overall. Would not recommend, sadly. Furthermore; the air-conditioning was on and off, the electricity cut off in the early morning completely, leaving us without power. The TV did not work at all, on any channel, a waste of time having it in the room. We could not access the celler (as advertised in the photos). The bedside lights in the room were hanging by wires. Signage was unclear, as was parking instructions.

The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and the location was good and easy to walk to the attractions.

We felt at home and enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning. There was a secure spot to store our bicycle. The bed was very comfortable and shower enjoyable.

Location in the centre, but still nice and quiet. We could park the car on the street in opposite of the entrance. Very very nice staff and excellent breakfast in the 400 years old cellar. The room was clean, beds and bathroom also. The lady spoke good English and we had a nice talk. I say, if you go to Gori, you absolutely shouls stay here! The city was nice and we came there for the Stalin museum, which was interesting.

Shower recess requires a curtain; supply of a previously used block of soap is poor. Lighting around the bed requires completion; no storage except for a small side table. This means that all personal possessions, including clothes, must find a place on the floor in a small room. All of these criticisms are easy to resolve. We didn't consider this lodging to be good value in its present form.

Location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and full length. The bathroom had been renovated with modern fittings & flooring. Air-conditioner and TV were new.

owner did not meet us, location & contact info in booking.com was wrong. no hot water upon arrival, cold floors, lamps did not work, no air circulation, no soap, one set of towels was missing, no toiletteries.

Everything! The guest house is a beautifully restored 400 year-old family home. The location was excellent and the owner very nice. Be sure to order her ample and delicious breakfast.

Everything was great

Veey nice and friendly guesthouse. Great hosts, everything is in walking distance. The beds are super comfortable and the home made breakfast is lovely. Great place to stay.
