The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi occasionally worked poorly, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Thank you! Everything was wonderful. The view was stunning, and the beach was excellent—sandy with shallow, calm water. The hotel's restaurant was exceptional, the tastiest we had in Chakvi. Breakfast was also great. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a peaceful rest and relaxation. We were looking for a place where there will be few people and no loud music. Very tasty breakfasts😋😋😋. The hotel is on the sea line, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. Very comfortable beds and perfectly white towels.

- Poor internet connection - It was noisy sometimes, as guests would turn on loud music at midnight or be generally loud at night. I was expecting the staff to react to such situations and kindly ask guests not to be extremely loud during the night time, but it wasn't the case.

The wifi is very weak. Having a kitchenette and a washing machine for longer stays would be very good.

Place wasn’t that clean, some towels still had yellow spots and sand on them, (bath towels and stuff), door to our room was broken and wasn’t locking, toilet handle was broken, wifi didn’t work for all the days we were there, we ate at the cafeteria downstairs once and they brought us burnt adjarian khachapuri that we had to send back only to bring undone oversalted adjarian khachapuri second time that obviously cost too much then it was supposed to. Overall we were kind of disappointed because we definitely did not get the quality for what we paid for, everything was overpriced for what it actually was. Honestly… Would not visit this hotel again.

Location and the stuff were nice overall and they fixed some things in the apartment that was broken: like the room door and toilet handle (which shouldn’t have been broken in the first place but… okay).

In reality, I would give this hotel 3 stars, not 4. The internet was not working, not only the Wi-Fi, but the phone internet was very poor in the hotel. Also, the bathroom does not have a separate bath, the shower is installed next to the toilet and it's very uncomfortable.

This place is the equivalent of a cardboard box on a beach. Cheap broken door frames, rackety elevator, halo of light from the hallway in your room at night. Don't be fooled by 'suite', it's a tiny pigsty. The miniature bathroom has no shower cabin, which means that the entire floor is a permanent puddle. Beach sand dragged in by previous guests crackles under your feet, sticks between floor tiles and stays there forever. Feeble Wi-Fi keeps breaking off. Squashed mosquito stains on the walls, broken shower head, paper-thin walls. Neighbour's loud and clear voice over your shoulder may scare you off the toilet. This hotel offers nothing except a roof over your head.

Cleanness - There were ants everywhere! On a table, on the floor, in the bathroom, on the toilets. We could not leave cup of coffee on a table for a split second, the ants would be over it in a moment.

Location is great (however it would be great to have a sign on a road) There were high chairs in a dining room for children, that was an unexpected surprise compared to other Georgian budget hotels

There was a kids camp, so it turned out to be noisy most of the time.

We loved the view and the fact that the beach is right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious. The staff were hospitable.

They called me the night before arrival and asked to cancel my booking because they didn't have any free rooms for us. I had to find another hotel. I'm definitely not visiting this place ever.
