The toilet flush didn't work properly

The hair dryer broke, but the staff fixed it within a day. The flush didn’t work properly.

Cozy room with the kitchen and washing machine inside, separate bedroom. Feels like in flat. Very friendly staff!

I think our first room was so much comfortable. But the second one's bed need to be renewed because it had some low areas disturbing the body.

The hotel was close to everywhere. You could reach many facilities like market, museum, historical places etc. The hotel was also very comfortable and clean. No need to be extravagant for accomodation. Hotel Soft is enough. George who manages the stays speaks english very well, he is also helpful for everything. Cleaning regularly and renewing waters every day. Absolutely price/benefit hotel..

Very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable apartment. They provided tea and coffee facilities, spring water, small kitchen with all necessary kitchenware. Plenty of cafés and grocery shops in neighborhood.

I have stay for a few days for my leisure at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly area. Light, cozy and very spacious… very welcoming atmosphere . The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and exo helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . Will be back to this place soon !!! ❤️

We were in the corner room 203, it seems that the WiFi is just in one place in the hallway, because we didn't have any wifi connection in our room. It would only connect at the entrance to our room, and work very slowly. We had to sit on the couches in the hall to be able to use internet. This really tainted our stay. Also there wasn't a normal knife in the room, all the other appliances were present. The lighting in the room was also very dim

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to everything you need/want to see in Batumi. Some great restaurants, bars and bakeries on the same street. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly.

There was no breakfast (but there were good cafes for breakfast in the neighborhood). Also, the toilet didn’t flushed properly.

The room was very big and comfortable. It had everything we possibly needed. Bathroom was also big and always clean. Location was very good. You could walk to all the main sights, and there were 2 supermarkets in the same street. Wifi was excellent, and they washed our clothes for a reasonable price (20 Lari). They had on both sides of the bed nightstands, plugs and a nightlamp. Extra couch in the corner was comfortable too.

Great hotel in the old Batumi. The main thing for me who lived there a week - washing machine and stove worked good. The room was warm because of heating. Personnel was very friendly.

Booking the room with the view into the inner courtyard, I expected the room to be quiet, but it was the opposite - there is a parking/meeting point for delivery guys in the courtyard, I guess, where they meet to chat and have a cigarette till very late.

The room we got the first night had a very uncomfortable bed, but the staff was very understanding and they made us change room and gifted us with a bottle of wine.
