Probably the main flaw of the hotel - extortionate prices at the restaurant (14 GEL for a beer is very high for Georgia) Also some minor things in rooms - nowhere to hang coats, no hangers for clothes

The best hotel in Kazbegi, if not in Georgia (and we stayed in many). The rooms are big, clean and extra comfortable. The views are fantastic, no matter the room you book. Excellent restaurant on the spot. Fabulous SPA and heated (like really heated) pool and amazing breakfast with great quality food. But most importantly, a fantastic staff, especially Kamil at the reception, who helped us in difficult times. Thank you to all the Step Inn team for your kindness, we will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Size of the room

The stay was quite comfortable. The hotel is a cute little place with a very good view of the town. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and happy to help :) The bathroom was very were well equipped, quite big. I was given the big room on the property but I expected it to be more spacious. Other than that, the hotel stay was a delight.

There is no convenient paved parking.

I am very grateful to the administrator Kamil, who met us. He was very polite and friendly. He gave us a tour of the hotel and answered all our questions. The hotel itself is in a good location. The view from the window was gorgeous. Breakfast was provided with a varied selection of drinks and food. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable, if it had been a little bigger it would have been even better. We liked the warm pool, after a tiring road it was nice to spend time relaxing. Thanks to this hotel! I will recommend it to my friends!

There was nothing to complain! Except we could have a longer stay.

The hotel is very cozy and well located. It has the nice pool, spa and the room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful! Also, We enjoyed the view from the nice terrace and had a wonderful evening with the other guests. The food was delicious and accompanied with excellent drinks.

1. First room option was actually a maisonette room but unfortunately the view was not as promised. The view was disturbed by the houses in front of it. Luckily we could switch a room with a very nice view to the mountains in the 2nd floor. 2. The pool area was very slippery. We also noticed that there was no drainage in the floor. We were wondering how the cleaning water was disposed of…
