We had a very good stay at TbiliSee — so comfortable, it almost felt like home. The hotel is located in a prime area within the city, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was really good and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming. Special thanks to the front office manager, Rati, who was extremely hospitable and kind. He even arranged a car for us to travel to Gudauri. Our driver, Zura, was more like a tour guide and a friend — super friendly and an unexpectedly great photographer! If you're staying here, definitely ask for him to show you around. Also, I accidentally left my earpods at the property and they found them and made sure I got them back — really appreciated that honesty and care. We stayed at three different hotels in Georgia, this one was definitely the best. We had a wonderful time and a very good stay. Thank you, TbilSee! Until next time!

We requested a double bed. It got confirmed right after our booking, but we got two connecting single beds, with separate duvets.

The room was sparkling clean! The staff was polite and helpful. The location was excellent (in the old town, yet in a quiet place). The city view was beautiful and the uphill walking to the hotel was really mild.

We were in the G1 room, right next to where staff organized trolleys, kitchen etc, so was very noisy at times, especially in the evening. Because we were on the lower level we had no view, we looked into the room in front of us.

One of the lower ground room had a noticeable odor, likely due to the sulfur pipes running beneath the Old Town. While this is a common issue in the area and not necessarily the hotel’s fault. Fortunately, the staff was understanding and did their best to accommodate us who faced this issue.

I had a fantastic stay at Tbilisee Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of many key attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful old town of Tbilisi. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Tbilisee Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a great place to stay!

The only downside for our room is lack of ventilation system in the bathroom

We loved everything about this hotel, location, cleanliness, the room and staf. Bed mattress and pillows are also very comfortable. We didn’t buy breakfast firs but ended up having our breakfast at the hotel two days in a row, buffet was quite good. Wifi working without trouble.

The gym is a little small and very basic. It would be nice to have a few upgraded items like an actual spin bike and more free weights. I also had an issue with booking a transfer to the airport through the hotel. They unfortunately confused me with a different group of American's and when I arrived on time for my early morning transfer, there was one taxi there for the one group, but not for me. I was delayed 20 minutes from my original departure time so the front desk could call me a taxi to arrive to the airport. They also did not communicate to me that I would need to pay the taxi driver in GEL, as my first taxi arranged through the hotel was paid by the hotel and included in my fee for my stay. That caught me off guard and added another stressful task to my morning,

The breakfast in the mornings were wonderful. I loved the spread offered. My room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and i loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! I had a beautiful view of the city from my first room and enjoyed the view of the mountain from my second room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Located in Old Town, it is close to many restaurants and shops. The area is very safe as well. The view from the the restaurant is probably one of the best in town.
