How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The bed was a bit short for my 186 cm height. There was no hot enough water in the shower, just somehow middle warm. As I arrived freezing (cold temperature and rain outside), I would have prefered some genuinely hot water from the shower. Not a big deal, but if you like hot showers, worth a consideration.
I booked quite late, around 9 PM on the day, and I was able to check-in only after midnight. It was no problem for them at all. The location is perfect, it is literally in the middle of Kutaisi. The AC was switched on to heat, as it was quite cold outside. The room was very clean.

They do not offer breakfast & they do not have drinking bottle in the room. (which I can understand as the price is very cheap).
The location is very nearby to all places and the price of the hotel is not very expensive.

The host was always smiling and kind despite our language barrier. The location is convenient to visit anywhere. And there was a cute black kitten!

No warm.water in the evening and the out side from the balcony is a scruffy view on neighbouring properties. Not the hotels fault but still :(

Only one guy was speaking English so it was hard to communicate with the others. Also we could only pay in cash.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Its advantage is the location and the competitive price. The room was spacious, clean, with nice renovated bathroom and good working air-conditioning. In addition it was equipped with a fridge and a kettle. We also arrange our transfer to the airport with them.

Hospitality! Thanks to Mzia - very nice person and very helpful! She organized my trip to Prometeo cave with maximum comfort. I also liked location - near to White Bridge and Park, Kolchida fountain etc.

The hotel was not easy to find - different street number. The room was considerably smaller and did not have all the facilities described on Booking. Getting to the room led by steep, narrow and winding stairs - getting large suitcase up and down was very difficult.
The location was very good. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. AirConditioning working well and there was an English speaking news channel on TV. The land lady was very kind and smiling.

The very steep spiral staircase which is a bit difficult if you have a big/heavy bag. But they are always very helpful and we had a very comfortable stay.
We loved staying here. Location is the best thing about this hotel, this is the area where you want to be in when visiting Kutaisi. It's a family hotel so you get to see them going about their normal day and always greeting and smiling when they see guests. Vlad was very helpful and offered to take us to the airport for a really good price. We will for sure stay here again.

i booked diffrent room that I got - i booked double deluxe room with balcony but first I got room with 1 bad, then I was changed to 1 double bad and 1 single. :/ still different than in the description. the owner super nice but couldn’t speak English at all.

Stairs to the apartments are narrow, be careful if you travel here with a big suitcase.
Best location you can have in Kutaisi, helpful lady at the front desk, no problems with check in and out, interesting interior.

Very loudly in the night, you can hear very good what is in other rooms. And my number was another one not like on photos. There was no bath, only shower. Only warm water. Floor is not in good condition in the room. And design is outdated)
