Host is super nice and helpful. Cottage is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, plates, cutlery, and mini fridge. Located right along the highway but very peaceful and quite, surrounded by mountains. Breakfast was good. Recommend to have google translate handy to communicate better with the host. It's around 4 km away from the center, but can book a cab on bolt app to take you around.

Our stay at Thoma’s Hut with Miss Irma was nothing short of magical. For three snowy days, she welcomed us as family, and her care for our 11-month-old baby was truly heartwarming – especially when she kept our little one warm inside her jacket during the cold. Her loving touch was like that of a doting grandma. We had the joy of taking Miss Irma on a village road trip to Juta, creating lasting memories together. Every morning, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast, filled with homemade jams, honey, and warmth. Our final day was even more special as we spent time with her daughter and her three wonderful granddaughters, making us feel even more at home. Miss Irma’s hospitality, love, and genuine care turned our trip into a beautiful memory we will always cherish. Thank you, Miss Irma, for everything – you have left a mark on our hearts forever.

Property is very good. 4 km from Kazbegi, if you have vehicle then no problem. Caretaker is very warm person she keep on checking with us if we need anything. I stayed with family (kid) and enjoyed alot. There are supermarkets in Kazbegi area around 4 km from this place. Also the hut is near to main road so no connectivity issues.

Excellent location peaceful village . host is kindly friendly. only problem is they have to fix the toilet as there was so much bad smell coming from it.. which was absolutely disturbing . As they dont speak english I could not communicate this to them am sure they will fix it as soon as possible. other wise such a beautiful place to stay

The location, cleanliness, service, view and the host was a amazing. These 3 days I spent in Thomus hut were among the best days of my life. The host lady is very nice and cooperative. I must recommend friends and families to stay here. On your request host lady will arrange Bon fire for you and BBQ facility is also available on site.

We are 5 people and 3 of us don't eat eggs. In breakfast we forgot to tell host so basically she made lots of eggs for us. Tell her before breakfast if you have any food allergic or something.

The hut is hidden gem for friends and families. Suitable and comfortable for vacay. Irma the host is very helpful about everything and she is amazing person.

The location is not exactly Kazbegi. It's 4 Kms away from Kazbegi. There's not a single restaurant or departmental store near the room so get plenty of food before coming here. Local transportation is very expensive too.

The hut was beautiful. It met my and my family's expectations. Having breakfast with a view of the mountains was amazing.
