Abanotubani is in an ideal location for sightseeing and for enjoying the sulfur baths in Old Town. It's close to dozens of restaurants and caffs. The breakfast was very nice. The staff kindly moved me to an upgrade that was very quiet (but be aware this is not a quiet part of Tbilisi!).

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is well-situated in Old Tbilisi. We had a beautiful view of Abanotubani from our room. The room itself was lovely - spacious, well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also kindly placed rose petals on our bed on arrival. Salome at the front desk was specifically accommodating and helpful throughout. Thank you Salome. Breakfast was also wonderful, with attentive service from Ekaterine. Great value for money

The junior suite was beautiful with excellent views from the terrace. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with organising our onward travel too.

There is no bar at the property. Medium breakfast but enough to start the day. Little disfunctions in the shower.

The location is perfect. The room is big with bath before the TV and near the windows, with huge terrace.

A really good find in the heart of the old city, well laid out and comfortable hotel room exactly as described, the receptionist and the breakfast staff were great as was the selection as breakfast, wifi was fast and reliable.

The bathrooms looks great but it is basically impossible to take a shower without making the whole bathroom completely wet.

The most friendly staff compared to all other places we visited in Georgia. Especially Ekatarina was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, especially the home made pastries. The location is great, right next to the baths and close to the historical center.

I enjoyed the hotel’s location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Tbilisi’s vibrant culture and history. It’s surrounded by numerous attractions, great restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The convenience of being close to everything made my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the area felt safe and lively, which added to the overall experience.

Some stains on the towels, a taped hole in the wall next to the air conditioner, parking problem - very difficult to park and you pay for every hour your car is parked near the hotel.

We didn’t know the terrace would be shared with the room beside which didn’t leave much room for privacy. It also didn’t have a hotel bar. Reception was quite small. It’s often nice to have this option in the evening for a drink.

Our room was beautiful and very spacious for 2 people. We loved the terrace as it had a great view over the baths. Nice to enjoy in the evenings.

The location of this hotel is perfect as most of the attractions are within a walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants are close so getting food or anything else of need isn't an issue. The hotel staff was really nice and always greeted us with a smile. Overall it was great staying here - rooms were cleaned daily, amenities restocked/changed daily, rooms small though cozy, wonderful staff, great location. Great views 🙂.

Can't think of anything that disappointed us.

Breakfast was exceptionally good - great choice every day and very kind and efficient lady in charge of breakfast. Reception staff were also very nice, and organised my transfer from the airport perfectly. Other staff seen in passing also very friendly. Room was very comfortable and terrace view was wonderful.
