Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Decor very good. The bed was huge and super comfy. The hotel lobby was always sparkling, well air conditioned and smelled fresh and lovely. The roof top pool was a hidden gem and location was ideal on the backstreets of the old town, seconds walk from shops, bars & restaurants.

United KingdomWe paid just shy of £3000 for 2 rooms to have to keep our clothes on the floor for 10 days!! 6 coat hangers and NO chest of drawers isnt good for 2 peoples clothes for 10 days. Incidentally the lady checking out after us had the same complaint and lo and behold chests of drawers were delivered to rooms the evening before we left!
The staff were excellent and the location is second to none.

NorwayNo dislikes, we had a clogged shower drain, but this was fixed in 5 minutes. So no negative experiences with this hotel.
A bit short staffed for the breakfast, but a varied and full breakfast. Table service for things like Coffee and other hot dishes was a plus. We did not eat dinner at the Hotel, but would expect the food to be of a high standard, like lunch and breakfast.

United KingdomMy own personal issue was that after day 2 they had run out of gluten free bread in the mornings and told they were unable to get any from the supplier.....we walked to Morrison and purchased some ourselves.
Great location to explore The Rock. The executive room with Balcony and Seaview was lovely and Hotel had provided a surprise bottle of bubbly as it was our Honeymoon. All the hotel staff were very friendly from cleaners to reception. We had prepaid for breakfast which provides you very a good selection of Full English and Continental. I had advised in advance of our stay that I would require a Gluten Free option which they said was no problem.
