General renovation of the hotel

Excellent selection of fruits and vegetables for breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, and an amazing beach located right next to the hotel.

The shabby rooms and the staff who only smiled to french speaking guests and the price was not a good value for money.

The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are a bit shabby. The hotel is quite old and needs a refresh.

The TV could have been a smart TV. Especially for people traveling with children to be able to watch Netflix or cast from the phone to the TV.

We stayed at this hotel and, while the facilities were nice, the evenings were extremely noisy. From 9 PM until midnight, there was loud music and animation in the bar area, which made it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, our room was located directly above the bar, and the noise was unbearable. If you are looking for a peaceful stay or need to rest early, we would not recommend rooms near the bar. The hotel should consider better soundproofing or adjusting the volume to accommodate all guests.

Dirty bedding on the first night. Our son slept on top of the blanket, because the sofa bed was full of sand. For some reason, had to plea for shower towels for each person, even though we registered as three people for the room. Terrible service of beach towels. They say from 9 am till 5 pm, which is a bit ridiculous. But even when we were coming 4 times throughout the day, there was always an excuse for not having them. We ended up having wet beach towels for three straight days.

The best possible location for the active traveller. The best location to n terms of absence of mosquitoes, particularly during the dengue epidemic. Presence of the buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner is extremely handy for those with kids. The greatest beach view and the oceanside territory design

We booked a sea view room but it is not what we initially got and also had strong mildew odours. I assumed we got stuck with this room as we checked late in at midnight. The next day we had a hard time with the staff which seems to be on the defensive. Once we were able to talk with the hotel director, not without difficulties, we were switched to a better/renovated room which corresponded to what we booked and this saved our 6 day stay at this hotel. I would like to go back to this hotel hoping not to have to go through the same hassle.

The breckfast is pretty basic, not so much diversity, the hotel needs a little renovation.

Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Included breakfast was fine, we stayed only one night but it was perfect. Only downside, the room needs renovation we had 1 hole in the wall, but everything was clean, bed confortable as well.

Renovation is still going and we stayed a room that hasn't been renovated yet. It definitely needs renovation since the room was very much dated.

Internet connection was poor; shower is a bit strangely built (eg. The water would flood the floor); men (not guests) would walk around the property and prey on women

We arrived at around 9.00 pm and went to have a meal in the restaurant, we were in the process of paying 35 Euros each when a fellow guest came over to say that there was hardly any food left in the buffet so we decided not to eat and get a bar snack instead. It was disappointing that the restaurant supervisor was prepared to let us pay 70 Euros for a a very poor buffet which was almost empty. The bar had no snacks other than a few olives , again quite disappointing.

Check in at reception was welcoming and simple. The room had a view over the gardens towards the beach. There was a large balcony with a shaded area.

The rooms were ok but the place has not Ben properly maintained. The ceiling is leaking everywhere. You can see mold and rotten wood at many different spots. Our sea view was obstructed by many trees and a construction site in front of the room.

The birds, chicken and cocks are not for everyone but they did not bother me too much.

It was a one night stay. Room was good and the breakfast too though you share the table with birds. One look away and your food is taken. Cocks walking around. Nice bar right down the beach. Very romantic at night.

Most of the staff were friendly, but some restaurant staff were very rude. Also the breakfast was not the best... Eggs were very undercooked and the omelette station didn't even make omelettes... Property is OK, but a bit outdated.

Some areas leading to our room smelled like cat pee. The rooms were too hot. No ice after hours. The breakfast should have more varieties and they should stop burning the sausage and bacon. Most time it was done anyway.

I like the atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is also spacious and has activities to do both during the day and at night. Very welcoming and family oriented. The breakfast was good esp the croissant and guava juice.
