No fridge in the room. Parking is limited. We did get one but if you leave, you lose it as there isn't enough for all guests. No access to the beach from this hotel. But you can get through the hotel next door. And the public beach is great. Still with staying here for the money.

Check in was easy. Location was handy. Clean place. Good for one or two nights as a place to sleep and explore the area. Wifi worked in the room. Not fast but enough to check things like flights and so on.

The problem with the wifi, the connection was not to good for me. Stayed in room113 and did not get a good connection, not sure if its was just for the night because we were only there for a night.

Charged twice and they will not refund. Paid through booking.com first and then was charged a second time at check in. After 4 phone calls and emails trying to resolve they stopped communicating. Criminal behavior. Don't stay here.

Personal was poor and unfriendly (especially the white lady - I'm white b.t.w.), the black lady at the desk was very friendly (I'm not a racist at all...), later the white lady was a little more friendly.

Breakfast was very poor and they charge you 13 euro....

The toiletries given are extremely cheap. I think this is the basic that a hotel must provide. In today's day and age which hotel gives a sachet of shampoo? I did not have my breakfast included in my stay. I was not aware of it, that was my mistake. When I went for breakfast in the morning and considering that I'm vegan the only thing I would consume is a glass of juice. I went unknowingly that I had not paid and the lady gave me a tray with the plates and glass for my breakfast only to be told by the guy on the counter that I have not paid. There was nothing wrong in him pointing it out, I was not looking for a free juice but it's the way he said it, i felt very humiliated and insulted. I don't think I am ever coming back to this hotel.

There weren't amenities but the price of the room was quite expensive

There were mosquitos, the room had airconditioning but no mosquito net, so either you had tosleep with the air or withthe mosquitos. They didn't change the towels or make the beds. To check in we had to wait until 16h but we had to do the check out at 11h sharp or they ask for 20 euros

Original room in main building, near reception, was like being in a tiny, dark, windowless cocoon or a freshman dormitory room. After one night of claustrophobia, I upgraded to the Yucca building. The property is still under construction; entrances were barracaded, bare insulation covered door openings in places. But the worse was yet to come. I climbed into bed with my wife at 10 pm and the bed collapsed. We are both normal weight. One of the legs under my half of the bed simply broke off. I slept in a cockeyed bed all night and photographed the damage in the morning. When I reported it to reception, they had an indifferent attitude. Nobody was sent to fix the bed until almost 12 hours later. The room was nearl unusable until then, because the bed was right in the middle. We were not offered another room, although almost no guests were in this large building. I demanded a partial refund for my stay, which was not responded to.

I am thoroughly disappointed on the Wifi and thats the reason why the poor score from my side. The lady at the reception was very nice but unfortunately she could not help me with the Wifi. The network did not reach the room and every time i wanted to use my computer or my mobile for Wifi i would have to come to the reception area for it to work, extremely inconvenient. I also wish there are more options for breakfast for vegetarians. And for everyone's information, FISH IS NOT VEGETARIAN.

The room and bathroom were great. Small and compact but neat and clean. The hotel was located close to the beach.
