“There was no blankets and when i went to request for one i was told that they cannot magic blankets, no hot water for the first couple of days, cleaners cleaned our room our bathroom door locked and had to go to the reception twice for them to unlock. The beds do not have mattress covers. Balcony was very dirty.”
