This is a first class establishment, with nothing to complain about

This is a fine property, and I noticed on book-in ratings of 9.2 and 9.0 up at reception. I mark harder than most, having given those ratings only three times since 1976, across 70 countries. I can however thoroughly recommend the property, for excellent staff everywhere, and for its location. The reasons for some lower scores are: size of bedroom (tight, but normal, I guess), size of bathroom (ditto), and limited space for toiletries bags….I also commend the provision of a hot water jug, regretfully not common in Greece. The breakfast arrangements were excellent, with an emphasis on Greek food, and allowing me a bougatsou, regrettably not provided elsewhere (five other hotels). The staff are in the top tier, on all criteria, and I thank them for their many instances of appreciated help; to them, efharisto para poli. The views of the Acropolis verify the name of the hotel, and are simply first rate

Wow, wow, wow! From the staff, to the facilities to the absolute best view of the Acropolis you will ever have, this is a stay not to be missed in Athens. Location is incredible, close to everything and greeted with friendliness and enthusiasm on arrival. Guidance for anything you want to see and do, treats on arrival and then there is the rooftop. You will not want to move once you see the view. Don’t miss it at nighttime when it becomes even for epic. The breakfast buffet is hands down the best we’ve had in Europe. Not just because of the stunning views, also the delicious food and endless options. Everything so fresh, nutritious and delicious! Pack the stretchy pants as you will over indulge. We will return and highly recommend. Ours was only a short stay but very memorable.

Room & bathroom were just a tad small but still very clean. When you spend all day adventuring, it's really not a big deal. But I can't think of anything negative. :-) We wished we had more than two nights.

Breakfast and cocktails in the evening on the rooftop area was exceptional. The view is unmatched in Athens for the Acropolis. Close and uninterupted. We booked the bedroom with a view but it really was only a view when you went onto the small balcony. Thus, the rooftop is where we preferred. :-) Breakfast was amazing & plentiful. Best in our 3 weeks of travel across Europe and this includes Paris! The front reception area is excellent with refreshments and the service was kind and professional. We were able to keep our baggage there for 5 hours until check-in, as we arrived early from a cruise. We went adventuring for the day and on return, found our bags already taken up to our room. Location is 10-15 minutes from all the main attractions; we were able to walk everywhere, even in 35 degree heat. Airconditioning was excellent, given the heat in July. Restaurants, minimarts and cafes are all close by.

The pillows are very soft, firmer pillows would be good. Ask for an additional towel there is only one per person provided, and some hooks lower down to hang things would be helpful, but most are too high to reach. A warning to guests to watch their step in the bath as the shower stall's floor edge is pointed and raised just enough to stub your toe easily.

Fabulous staff and excellent location. Before arrival, clear quick communication with the hotel pre-arrival made for an easy transition from the cruise port to the hotel, using the booking chat we were able to arrange reasonably priced transportation—a very efficient and smooth check-in. The desk reception staff member was polite and thorough. The rooms are small and clean, with air conditioning in good working condition, and quiet we booked for two people per room as a party of 6 we had 3 rooms and they were able to place us all on the same level. The hotel has a small newer elevator that is good for two people and bags at a time. amenities provided small refrigerator runs quietly, and a kettle with tea or coffee is in the room. Beds and pillows are very soft, we found this to be true of most hotels in the area. Our departure was also equally smooth as we were leaving before the regularly scheduled breakfast buffet, the Desk staff member was able to arrange pick up, at the airport, and a tasty boxed breakfast to go (highly recommend) I am sorry I did not get their staff members name, they are excellent representatives of your hotel. We also were able to take advantage of the location, great for exploring the local sites, and bring a snake and some drinks up to the rooftop patio to enjoy the wonderful view. We kept the table lamps off and just admired the scenery.

The location is fantastic as are most of the amenities but the great thing is the rooftop. Direct view of The Acropolis and Parthenon, lots of tables and chairs and even an aircon area. The view is spectacular!! Breakfast here was also the best we’ve had so far in Greece and the staff are extremely nice and helpful

The wifi was very patchy. When it worked, it worked great but when it didn’t, it was hard to load maps or order an Uber etc. Wasn’t a big deal though.

The property is perfectly situated and in a very quiet area. Athens is very walkable but this was a perfect spot as it was right next to the Acropolis and we could walk towards the stadium easily too. The staff were amazing, so friendly and the staff member who checked us in was so helpful with telling us where to go and how to get anywhere. The view from the top is incredible!! The price point was unbelievable with the view. You can get drinks 24 hours from the hotel bar and go up and look at the Acropolis. The rooms were comfortable, the single beds were a bit small but still comfortable. Breakfast was a great spread for a cheaper hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!!

It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was only one small elevator, so we took the stairs almost every time. There isn't much to say about what I did not like. I would recommend this hotel, I would warn whomever about the room size and elevator.

The view was unbeatable and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location was great, easy walk to lots of beautiful restaurants and it is across the street (basically) from the entrance to the acropolis.

It was difficult to access if you are driving a vevicle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with finding a place to park on the very crowded street parking. The breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was very enjoyable with a great view. a large selection of breakfast selections.

Staff - Couldn't have been more helpful, suggesting places to eat and help organising an Uber in the morning. View - The View of the Acropolis from our room and the Roof Terrace was stunning. Location - Close to bars and restaurants and of course the Acropolis. Cleanliness - The hotel and room were spotless. Food - Very good Breakfast selection in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Athens.

It is located within the acropolis zone so made it tricky booking Ubers. Staff were very helpful though & messaged drivers to arrange pick up.

Amazing location, next to Acropolis. Staff are so helpful & supportive. They had our room ready for an early check in. The view from breakfast is incredible as was the food. Love that crunchy bread with sesame seeds.
