Breakfasts were strange , delivered in the room and not very tasty.

It was in good location, we could go by feet to all most popular locations , near the hotel were a lot of good restaurants and bars. Workers were very nice and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Design of the room is nice and modern. It was clean and cozy.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is perfect: right in the university district, so there’s always a great energy. During the day, students bring the area to life, and in the evening, the nearby restaurants and cafés fill up with people so there’s always a great spot to enjoy amazing food. It’s the perfect balance between vibrant and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is served directly in the room, and each room has its own Nespresso machine, so you can start the day with a great coffee at your own pace. But the real highlight of my stay was the staff: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Mei, in particular, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel at home from the very first moment, offering great tips and a warmth that’s hard to find.

The room was spacious and very clean, with housekeeping coming every day. The decor is very nice and modern. They provided complimentary stil and sparkling water in the mini fridge. Location is very convenient, easy to access metro station, and with lots of coffee shops around the hotel.staff was very polite and helpfull. All great, thank you!

Check-in was very easy via email and WhatsApp, but also the choice to do so in person. Complementary water and nespresso coffee each day of the stay with fresh towels and turndown. Good central location. Quick walk to metro station and half hour walk to many "tourist" attractions such as Acropolis, temples and shopping. Pictures on the website reflect an accurate view of the rooms.

It was cleand but it could have been a little bit cleaner.

It was a very big room, coffee and water were available; it was quiet, comfortable. I really appreciated that there was a safe room for storing the luggage after check out and also, the check in was done earlier. It was close to the Panathenaic Stadium :)

The breakfast was not very good, I don’t believe that it should be offered by the place as it is overpriced for what it is. And it arrived cold both days sadly. I don’t think it’s the hotel’s fault - however something that could be improved if they want to keep it as an offering. Also, the room had a little bit of an odour, it aired out quickly with an open window but made the stay a little less enjoyable. But other than these two points honestly a great spot and good value for money. Recommend if you need a short stay in Athens :)

Wonderful staff, went above and beyond to help with anything that was needed. Was incredibly responsive, polite and friendly. Customer service was like in a five star hotel.

It was a bit noisy on weekends, and there was an odd smell in the bathroom. However, it wasn’t anything major and didn’t ruin my overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable and in a perfect location. The staff provided daily clean towels and refilled the fridge with water, plus coffee capsules. They responded to our questions within minutes, and the building and neighborhood felt very safe. I highly recommend this place! The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, even when we arrived late around 00:30.

The only suggestion we would have for improvement was to have less plastic in the breakfast service. Hopefully it was being recycled but having less would be ideal.

My elderly mother and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were greeted very kindly by member of your staff when we arrived much later than planned due to a delayed flight. We found the hotel easy to navigate with a good lift and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and we enjoyed making coffees with the machine. For us the location was ideal and we would happily stay there again.

Everything was wonderful!

Wonderful place to stay in Athens! Central location, on Solonos street, fully renovated. All was perfect...the size of the room, the furniture, the bed, the bathroom, all spotless clean! I stayed on the 2nd floor. The check in was fast as they have a reception area, the staff there were wonderful also. I requested early check in and I was able to enter the room right after cleaning, around noon! They have daily cleaning service, they even refill the water bottles, sparkling water and coffees in the room on a daily basis! The wifi was really good so I was able to work without interuption. The area is full of coffee places and restaurant. Close to Kolonaki area and Syntagma. All wonderful!! I highly recommend Airio Athens Suites!

Be aware that it’s an aparthotel, so there’s no restaurant and the usual all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. It’s room service. Breakfast provided by a catering company is modest with 2 options, Classic and American. Both are fixed, remaining the same each morning.

Spacious room, clean and nicely decorated. Offers free water, sparkling water, coffee and tea. Easy to get to the property, online check-in made it simple to enter and leave. Great location of Kolonaki area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

pushing the buttoin to get hot water because you have to wait for it. silence, but in the morning, I heard reception people's shoes/heel's voice (I may be sensitive) the socket of the hair dryer should be fixed for the security. I saw one of the comments about the bug, but thankfully, I didn't see anything like that :)

location is safe, they are kind; no carpet like UK :) silence they are helpful when you need something, e.g. I asked about the beach, and they listened to me what I like, how I can get here etc. they helped me to book a taxi because I was confused about some details. The taxi driver was also nice, as they mentioned.
