How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sometimes the smell of sewer in the area of the hotel.
Excellent breakfast, location and facilities. Nice beach across the street with water sports options at a short distance. Very nice staff and the manager personally implicated to supervise and even do their job when needed. Fine restaurant on the beach with Greek/international music some nights. Good wifi in the new building of the hotel and on the beach. Nice beds and good working AC, clean towels every day in the room and on the beach. If you love Sithonia, this is a very good option, as a lot of exquisite not-very crowded beaches are reachable within 30 min by car.

The air condition was so poor it almost didn’t cool the room, it was very hot! sometimes hard to sleep.

BIG PRICE FOR A LITTLE VALUE 1.We were accommodated in a room in the old part of the hotel wich doesn't resemble with the pictures of the website. The room was grey and sad, old furniture. 2.Weak breakfast, where there is no water so if you order it, you pay extra. 3.Terrible wifi 4.In the bathroom, they wouldn't give us shower gels and shampoos

The room was with very high humidity! And there was a bad smell and mould! We asked to change the room, but the options was to pay extra 300 euro and change two more times. This is absolutely unacceptable for 4 stars hotel. I also asked to charge my electric car, but my request was refused. And there was another EV which obviously charging. With my family we spent every summer at Greece for 13 years already, but this is my first time I'm writing a review, because of my disappointing. I just can't recommend this hotel to a friend.
Disappointed! Btw, the restaurant was very good.

I would have preferred if the room were cleaned while we had breakfast, and not only late in the afternoon.
the friendliness of the personnel, particularly the guest relation manageress, the kind and polite employees (waiters, bar tenders, receptionists, cleaning personnel etc.), and of course the manager himself who had his eyes everywhere and on everything in order to render a perfect performance.

There was a distinct smell in some parts of the hotel but it was not long lasting.
The sea, the room ( which was upgraded to deluxe), the restaurant - everything was perfect. We would come here again! The staff was helpful and nice. The chezlongs were comfortable and new. The beach was clean. The hotel provides towels. The sea is the best I've ever seen in my life! The water is warm and cristal clear. We love the place!

Fantastic middle-size boutique hotel especially for families with kids. Outstanding views of the bay and surrounding area. Very nice restaurant on the beach. Super cool glass wall-sided pool for kids with direct entrance from some rooms. Apartments in the new building are super-modern. Definitely, everything is as shown on hotel videos/pictures. Everything was very clean. The new building looks very luxurious and stylish. I have to especially mention the hotel manager and owner and his wife. They are very kind, generous, and friendly. Definitely one of the best accommodations in Chalkidiki and one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Fully recommended.

Very nice hotel location.big parking. Very clean room. Almost everything digital in the room. Cleaning the room every day. Positive and smiljng staff. Nice welcome with fresh fruits. Very hard working ppl from the receptionist, waitress to manager. Fabolous and fantastic breakfast. Servers were very hard working ppl including the manager who was always helping them and to the guest during the breakfast time.nice terace on the beach so can enjoy in dinner, drinks and watch the sunset with nice live music on Saturday. Very clean beach. Nice, big and very clean outdoor pool. Small but very nice and clean spa center. Big, clean and super interesting with many toys, spot for kids. Highlly recommend it.

Akti Toroni is a very nice surprise, the staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel is new and very clean. Also the breakfast is very diverse and very delicious. The pool is heated and is very clean.

No elevators (book a ground floor room if a few stairs are not convenient)
Small exquisite hotel, spacious rooms and balcony, comfortable mattress, bathroom amenities, A/C, own beach club and sunset restaurant/terrace across the road, very good breakfast; very nice pool. Attentive and kind staff in the hotel and at the beach (special regards to A..hi at the beach club).

The hotel is too good! The employees are very kind. The rooms are just like the pictures, even better. The cleaning ladies keep the hygiene of the room at the highest level every day. The receptionists are very kind, they are available 24/7 and for anything you need advice or recommendation for daily activities (especially Alexandra - really professional and friendly). The Spa/Sauna and Fitness guy is very cool, professional and knowledgeable. In one word PERFECT and WORTH IT!
