Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenAs always the beds could be better :-) They where a bit soft in the middle after quite long use, we guess. But it wouldn't stop us from staying here again some time in the future.
A nice and well kept hotel and pool area. The water in the pool held a pleasently temperature. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Small but nice balconies. Our double rooms with sea view didn't have sun during the whole day, but we appreciated that since we had a warm weather. Very helpful and nice staff, also at the tavern where it was a very familiar atmosphere and good food. They served there own olives and olive oil. Unfortunately the tavern closed for the season on the last day of our stay, but we are so glad we could use it the other days. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the hotel and you have a lot of restaurants to choose between nearby, also in October. There are small supermarkets close by, but you will find a much better assortment in the neighbor town/village Megalochori, around 15 min nice walk away. Thank you all at Hotel Andreas for a pleasent stay!

Perfect location very peaceful. Poolside immaculate and also the rooms. The pool bar / Taverna Andreas had lots of choice and the food was delicious. We were made to feel like apart of the family throughout our whole stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely pool area, great having a bar and place to eat on site. Food was lovely, staff friendly Maria was lovely. Great location. Nice size balcony , also canopy to pull down if required due to sun. Quiet location .

United KingdomMaybe the WiFi could be better, but it’s enough to use for your messages. But you’re on holiday so that’s all you need.
The staff were fantastic. A lovely family run place. Food was great - I recommend the feta cheese omelette for breakfast. Great coffee, fresh juices and a good selection of beers. Location wise, you’re a 5 min walk from the beach.

GreeceOne minor downside is that you have to get to the pool quite early in the morning, as the sunbeds tend to be quickly occupied with towels.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Their friendliness set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spotless, cleaned thoroughly every day, which really added to the comfort. Fresh towels were provided every other day, ensuring we always had what we needed without even having to ask. The housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our entire stay. The pool area was another highlight. The staff by the pool were equally attentive, ensuring everything was in order and that we were comfortable. Overall, this hotel met our expectations in every way. The combination of wonderful staff, superb cleanliness, and the serene pool area made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Good location in the centre of the village. Lovely views from our balcony over the pool and sea. Staff were very friendly,food was excellent and the best pool on the island. Bed was very comfy.

The most amazing family run hotel in Skala, Agistri. I have stayed at other places in Agistri and have now found this absolute gem I won’t ever go anywhere else now! Family run hotel where everyone is just so friendly and welcoming. Andreas himself is very visible at the hotel and comes to chat to you. The terrace restaurant serves amazing greek food and is delicious. The pool area is sensational, a lovely space and in full Sun unlike most of the other pools in the island where they are in the shade. The bar area is great and has a lively outside seating area. Everything at this hotel is perfect! True bliss! We loved it here and will return forever!
