How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Angelica at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information in a clear and concise manner. The bedding was also remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom and shower were also very impressive, providing a clean and refreshing experience. Ignore the partial sea view or you may be disappointed.

Seems that the janitors didn't change the bucket water as often as they should have. Altho clean (9/10), the smell from having mopped the floor was bad.
Breakfast was rich and on of the best for a hotel of Bitzaro's size. Preparation could have been a bit better with certain dishes but I'd give them a 9 out of 10.

When you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a wonderful entrance, a wonderful smell and a friendly reception.breakfast is a la carte but we didn't eat it. They had menus and reception made us very welcome. they upgraded our room without us asking.The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is very close to the city center and the hotel was very quiet. I will stay again when I come back. I would also like to thank the friendly and helpful staff.

Couldn’t have asked for more with this hotel! Amazing huge breakfast with lots of options, rooms were adorable and staff was so friendly and helpful! 2-3 minute walk from the main square and easy to find parking. Highly recommend!

The facility is very nice! Cleanliness is top notch, which is huge to my wife and me. The young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. I believe her name was Angeliki. Breakfast was phenomenal. Great place to stay.

The automatic lights of the rooms balconies were on during the night and the curtains were not enough in order to sleep in dark. The air circulation of the bathroom was only on together with the light, thus at night it was getting humid.
The hotel looked like the photos, brand new and cozy. The room was comfortable and clean. Very close to the center but still not noisy. There were welcome water and coffee at the room. Reception personnel was kind and friendly.

Such an amazing hotel! We’ve received an upgrade as it was considered low-season according to the staff. The room is super clean with a ton of amenities available. The included breakfast was great too! (Get the eggs benedict with salmon!) The staff is amazing as they are friendly and really know how to provide service. Overall a 10/10 stay!

the room was designed and furnished very well. although it was on the small side, it had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. very good quality products (shampoo, soap etc..) provided. the room was super clean.

It is perfect. Staff are wonderful, rooms extremely comfortable (modern, plush, very clean, nice lighting), location is superb (beach across the road, many restaurants 2 minutes walk away, yet very quiet at night so you can sleep well). Breakfast was delicious. One of the very best hotels I've stayed at.

it was a little bit of a walk to whatever you wanted to do. not bad but not right in the action.
the property itself was gorgeous and really well done. it was definitely a boutique hotel with character. The staff was excellent and offered us treats when we arrived and also a bottle of wine for our honeymoon. I started feeling a little sick and they were able to go out of their way get me some chamomile tea. These little things added up to a wonderful experience.
