One member of staff on reception always came across as though we were bothering her even though we only went to reception 2 or 3 times, but this was the only one all the others were great. The rooms were very tired, need updating really. Also the corridor carpets were coming up, maybe they'll sort this before next season.

The food and choice of drinks were really great, branded spirits a bonus. Always a good choice for food. Loved the beach being close. The staff were mostly really friendly and helpful. The layout was good and the entertainment was good too.

The food was catered, for the majority of the guests, which were German, which wasn't ideal for people who have a more spicy middle eastern/Sothern Mediterranean taste. A small disadvantage considering all the benefits.

We stayed just for three nights. The Service by the staff was exceptional. The rooms & the other hotel facilities were clean. The Beach & location was ideal for a family. There was light entertainment, every evening which was pleasant. The hotel was pretty full, but didn't feel crowded or noisy.

The breakfast didn't suit my taste, especially compared to a previous hotel where I enjoyed it much more. While the variety was good, the flavors were disappointing. The internet was terrible; there was practically no connection in my room, neither Wi-Fi nor mobile. It was somewhat better in other areas, but still not great.

Overall, the experience was delightful—exactly what you'd expect from an all-inclusive hotel. It had everything you needed for a fantastic holiday. While the pool was too cold for swimming, the sea was perfect. The lovely sandy beach with beach chairs was a highlight. It's hard to list everything that was great because the hotel truly had it all. Its proximity to other villages and Rhodes itself was convenient. Lunch and dinner were outstanding, with a different menu every day. I especially enjoyed the fish options, and my kids loved the unlimited ice cream and excellent crepes. Good luck staying fit and leaving with the same weight you checked in with! The entertainment program was interesting, and I appreciated the presence of mostly German tourists.

The queue to get the pancakes . I think they should limit how many pancakes per person in order to prevent queuing for too long. It should be maximum 2 per person. Everyone should queue for their own and not get 4 at the time for example.

It was my third time staying at this hotel. I like the location, the plentiful of food, the staff, the beach. I often took part in activities such as the water/dance aerobics directed by the amazing animation team. I sometimes queued for savoury or sweet pancakes by the pool area. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Buses will take you to the water park, Rhodes town, Lindos etc.. It is only a 10-15 mins walk to Falaraki.

The mattresses in the rooms weren’t very comfortable, probably because they were too soft and too old.

The hotel is right on the beach, and it’s definitely the best beach spot in the whole lagoon. The area around the hotel is really green with lots of shade, so you can stay outside all day comfortably, even when it’s hot. The staff are very friendly, whether it’s at the reception, in the restaurants, or at the bar. The food is really good – plenty of options, and it tastes like homemade. You can also grab snacks throughout the day, with crepes and even a barbecue cooked over coals, which was a nice touch. The cocktails are a big highlight – really tasty and of great quality compared to other hotels. While the hotel and grounds aren’t brand new and you can notice that in the main restaurant, everything is clean and well-organized, so it’s not a big deal. We recommend booking the deluxe rooms since they’re renovated and much better than the standard rooms – we had both. The garden view faces the street, so it can be noisy at night, but that’s normal for hotels in Faliraki. Most of the guests are from Germany. Overall, a great experience, and we will definitely be back!

The large majority of customers were German, so everything was in German, including tv channels, signs, staff responses, etc. We felt that we were staying in a resort in Germany. Pools were twisting around the grounds, but there was no big pool to have a decent swim in, therefore not inviting.

Great resort. Immaculate service. Very good food and drinks. Sandy beach with plenty of beach beds. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens so we did not have the sea view from our room, we would assume it would have been lovely, however our room was very quite and had both air conditioning and a seperate fan, so it was cool without noise from inside and outside.

Wifi worked with interruptions, at the beach was difficult to find free sun lounger, sometimes was noisy.

The Wi-fi signal is really poor, I hope they can improve it soon.

Everything was amazing. The pools look great, the beach is just in front and you can always find a sunbed free. The rooms are big and in the minifridge they bring daily new drinks (water,soda, beer, etc.) The food is good,I am a picky person but I could always find something to eat. The greek food down is better (for my taste). The restaurant manager was also kind and helpful. The staff was absolutely amazing, we requested a late check out but it wasn t possbile for our room, meanwhile my daughter wasn t feeling well and they offered us another room to stay in untill our transfer. Many thanks to them. I will definetly come again, I would say the rooms with sea view are a must.

A huge thanks to the hotel staff who made my vacation amazing! It took 20 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel from the airport, which is very quick. Everywhere is very clean. The room was lovely. Cleaning every day as well as replenishing the mini bar. Very tasty food. Super friendly staff. Very nice sandy beach and pool. There were enough loungers for everyone. Thank you very much again!

Internet speed could be improved, but then again if you're on vacation you shouldn't be checking your emails.

Spacious room (we had the deluxe sea view room), access to beach, the pools were great, kids' entertainment was much appreciated, food was great and varied every day.

Room design of the new rooms is a little poor- the open plan idea, where the toilet and shower are integrated into the main bedroom, rather than having a separate lockable bathroom doesn't really work for people who get up at different times, as the integration of the bathroom facilities makes it impossible for anyone else in the room to sleep. It's also slightly off putting, knowing someone could be sitting on the bed and practically see you on the toilet. Curtains didn't fit properly, meaning the room was bright as day as soon as the sun came up. Location of the room wasn't great- very noisy, directly across from the housekeeping closet, and by the lifts. I'd recommend getting a room further away, down the corridor. Finally the gym- this was a disaster, unfortunately. Very poorly equipped, tiny room, and without air conditioning. I was actually tempted to get a temporary membership at a gym in town, rather than use this. If there are more than 2 other people using the gym, forget about it. It's just awkward. Photographer at some dinner times- a sadly very outdated concept, especially for people who are uncomfortable with having their picture taken.

Staff- wonderful as always. Another big thank you to Fedra in the restaurant for her lovely demeanor every mealtime, along with the restaurant manager himself, who always provides a very warm welcome. Location- great, right on the beach and a very short taxi ride from the airport. Food- a good selection every day, of a very good standard! Breakfast, lunch/snack time, dinner all provided. Decent selection of different cocktails and drinks available at the various bars. Room- well equipped, comfortable and a decent size. Plenty of storage. Sea view balcony is lovely! Plenty of sun loungers available on the beach or by the pool.
