The best experience I have. Excellent service and facilities. The room seems to be reconstructed on a cave, very special and interesting. The landscape at night is amazing.

It would be nice if there are more chairs in the unit. Also, a microwave would be helpful too.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Canyon Santorini. Stratos is very nice and helpful. The view from the room is spectacular, we got up early to watch sunrise from our balcony. The spa bath is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff 10/10. Location 10/10. Walking to the town and bus terminal takes about 15-20min, not an easy walk as you have to go up the hill. We ended up renting a car and used it to get around the island, totally worth it.

Cats entering the rooms..But I found out there are a lot of cats in Santorini 😀.. I found A few tea bags were old as when I opened it was torn within the packet.

The place was close to Fira, and a nice view just from the outside of our room. Fotini was a great host and helped us a lot with suggestions about nearby villages to visit and places to eat.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to Fira center, the bus station, and the caldera, with stunning views and breathtaking sunrises. The facilities were top-notch, and the hospitality was exceptional. The host went above and beyond—when my child fell ill, she personally went to the pharmacy to get medicine, provided extra water, and regularly checked in on us. On our last day, she even stored our luggage after check-out, allowing us to pick it up later in the afternoon. Truly an outstanding experience!

The main street is a bit far, but you can get there in 10 minutes on foot.

The staff is very kind. If you ask for anything, they’re happy to provide helpful information. Plus, the view from the hotel is amazing! The room is cleaned daily as well.

It was located in a quieter area a little outside of Fira so it’s a bit harder to use buses to get to Fira/oia.

The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The room was very large and spacious and had all amenities one would need on a trip. Bonus: the terrace has a beautiful view of the sunrise!

Everything was great!

The room was very spacious with a large patio in front and a view of the sea. I was welcomed by staff immediately on arrival and shown to my room and offered a cocktail. The hotel is in a great location for walking around Fira, and only a 15 minute walk to the local bus terminal.

It was pretty close to Fira downtown, but not in the middle of all the noise and people, so you go back to the hotel and sleep quietly. The room was great and you get a nice ocean view (you get to see the dawn on this side, not the dusk). A much better area than Oia, which is a 40 minute bus ride away. The hotel was also very helpful and they helped us schedule a taxi to/from the airport.

Excellent service! Wonderful staff and so welcoming. The property was clean, cozy and cute. The reception girl welcomed us with a drink and it was super tasty! One of the best property we ever stayed. Location was close to everything. Perfect distance for in between villages.

It was centrally located to the main town, room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was water and soft drink cans in our mini fridge and the staff organised a quad bike for us. Fotini - one of the staff members was lovely and made lots of helpful recommendations to us! The room had a spa/ hot tub which we loved!

The place is located quite close to the Fira centre, the rooms were cleaned each time we returned back from our daily trips. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and then were immediately recommended some places for attraction and food. And then the rooms. The rooms face the east and you can see the sunrise each morning. The staff were so friendly and nice.

Everything about this place was was amazing. Great views, no issue of parking. Our host Stratus & his sister Fotini were very proactive and welcoming. They kept contact with us on a regular basis. We were welcomed with complementary drinks. The room was beyond expectation. Very modern cave room with balcony and great sea view. The whole family was very welcoming. Gave us great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place.
