Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyIn a 4-star hotel, necessary arrangements must be made to allow baby strollers. You must carry the baby stroller with you when climbing the stairs to enter the hotel and go to the elevator. We recommend that this situation be arranged by the hotel management.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were also happy with the free upgrade. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. Accommodation in the harbor view and ease of transportation are the advantages of the hotel. We think it is the best hotel on the island.
