Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom10/10 experience. Brilliant staff, great facilities, super lovely setting, nice and central so ideal if you're going on an acropolis tour. We checked out, left our bags, did a tour, and then picked up our bags whilst they got us a taxi to the airport. Super highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again. And breakfast is ace.

Great hotel in a perfect location. It's about a block away from the Acropoli subway stop, which is convenient to get around the city if you want to do more exploring. The hotel is modern, clean, and an oasis from the busy city. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The staff was always friendly and courteous, and the overall hotel, with it's water features and plants really is so relaxing. It was also very clean and open and airy. I stayed in March so not the height of the season, but would gladly stay here again any time. I did not use the spa, but did use the small gym area, which was fine for getting a short workout in during my stay.

The restaurant do care their customers, especially on the food allergies. Their breakfast buffet includes healthy options and some traditional Greek food. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Most of their staff are good looking, supper nice and presenting a five star Hôtel service quality.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. It was located right across from the Acropolis, and the view from our room was absolutely magical. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was a highlight of our trip. The location couldn't be more convenient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the nearest station, a 1-minute walk to multiple car rental shops, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis itself. If you want everything within easy reach, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!
