The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and the staff truly made our experience wonderful. The beds are SO comfortable, too. We had a surprise upgrade to a larger suite, which was gorgeous. We loved the rooftop pool, lounge area, and restaurant. The views of the Acropolis from the rooftop are amazing!

Very clean and centrally located to all the city has to offer. The staff was incredible and helped with all our questions and ride transfers. The restaurant on site was amazing with a breathtaking view. Doesn’t get much better than this.

The spa area downstairs could have been more accessible/ bigger. We had been advised to book in advance, but it doesn’t accommodate many people at a time.

The views from the roof are spectacular. The overall decor and attention to detail generally and in the rooms is impressive. Of course the beds are the most comfortable by a long mile. Great breakfast selection. Staff super friendly and helpful. Oh and there are ancient ruins inside the hotel!

Coco-mat Athens BC was the MOST incredible hotel. The photos online do not do it justice at all! The view of the Acropolis and of the city from their rooftop is simply breathtaking!! Their rooftop has a stunning pool where you can swim, have drinks and lunch with 360 degree views of the acropolis and the rest of the city. Just next to it is their restaurant which has really delicious food. We loved the honey pies, in particular! Our room on the 9th floor had a really nice balcony and we loved how the hotel is clearly going to great lengths to make to be an “eco” hotel. On our last day, the friendly staff kindly allowed us to have a late checkout at no charge so that we could explore the city, swim in the pool and have lunch, and still be able to shower and finish packing before going to the airport at 2pm. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend them enough!!

Highly recommend!! Loved our stay here - rooftop is beyond stunning, staff was helpful with whatever we needed, breakfast was plentiful and delicious and location is perfect for getting around key areas quickly!

The graffiti on neighborhood buildings.

This is best described by both of us as a very well appointed, well run boutique hotel. The roof top infinity pool and attached outdoor restaurant has magnificent views of the Acropolis and Parthenon. Maybe a bit larger than what one would consider 'boutique'. It's a 1 min walk from a Hop On/Hop Off Bus stop and just one block away are 'many' excellent restaurants with outdoor seating all clamoring for your business. All have a beautiful view of the Acropolis/Parthenon which is just no more than a 1/3 mile away. Except for the 'high' end shopping district with that same type expensive hotels, a visitor to Athens should be prepared to see massive amounts of graffiti on buildings all around. We felt safe 100% of our stay. Very hustle bustle area. People coming and going. You will feel at ease here, it's mega tourist.

The rooms were a bit tight but clean and comfortable.

Excellent, friendly staff who helped with a family members birthday surprise. Location is perfect-walkable to the museum and most major sights and restaurants. Rooftop pool is small, but enough to cool off; the view is amazing! Very nice indoor pool, private (you have to book your hour), sauna, and gym area.

The lighting in the hotel rooms needs to be improved.
