Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusI truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service. However, I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding the breakfast offerings. At the moment, the breakfast selection feels rather limited, especially in terms of vegetarian and vegan options. Expanding the variety to include more plant-based and vegetarian-friendly items—such as plant-based milks, yogurts, cheeses, cold cuts, and a richer selection of fruits, vegetables, and cereals—would significantly enhance the experience and better accommodate guests with different dietary preferences. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing your breakfast evolve to reflect the same quality as the rest of your hotel.

Breakfast was a good selection of breads, meats, cheeses, cakes and fruit, nuts and yoghurt. Lots of drink options. Also cooked eggs to order. Location was a half hour walk to Acropolis, lots of nice coffee shops and bars on the way.
