Lovely hotel in perfect location - walking distance to 3 lovely beaches, restaurants and bus stop. Warm welcome by Dimitra & Kiriaki the reception staff and they were always so helpful. Fantastic breakfast - Elizabeth takes such pride in her meals and cooks with love....greets guests each morning and explains the dishes she has prepared. We stayed at 6 Greek islands during our holiday and this was the best breakfast by far. Stella at the Day Spa is amazing, I had a very relaxing massage and facial.

We had a fantastic stay at Cycladic Islands Hotel & Spa. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean, the pool overlooks the horizon and is peaceful and relaxing. The staff couldn’t have done more to help us have a great time in Naxos, helping us find the best spots to visit and activities to do. The breakfast every morning was delicious, all homemade and different everyday. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent 10 days at the Cycladic Islands Hotel and it was perfect. A special thanks to the entire Hotel staff; Kiriaki, Dimitra, Emmanuel, Fotini, Elsa, Stella and all the cleaning staff. They all make this place special with their kindness!

The lamps on the balcony/terrace are on all the night and unfortunately can’t be switched off individually. There are shutters however which we didn’t want to close for the fresh air. The facility lies next to road.

Staff is really very friendly and breakfast is excellent; different Greek local specialities are prepared daiky. Rooms are spaceous and beds very comfortable.

Clean, inviting, hospitable! Kinaui was more than helpful in finding dinner choices, sites to visit, and general question. Elsa made every morning a delectable surprise with her traditional, homemade breakfast offerings. Her pleasant personality and attention to details made breakfast one of the best parts of the stay in Naxos.

Everything ! A beautifully appointed, intimate hotel in a romantic setting surrounded by sea views . Above all the whole staff team were friendly and took great pride in providing exceptional service from cleanliness to assisting with trips. Breakfasts were outstanding with varied fresh home cooked local delicacies and carefully selected ingredients to suit all tastes . Snacks and drinks available all day by the pool and excellent cocktails at sunset . The Spa was a lovely way to add to relaxation . It was a short walk to the pretty beach of Agia Anna where there is a selection of good local restaurants .

The breakfast has room for improvement, the hot food (eggs) and coffee needs an upgrade and some cut fruit should be added. There was an issue with the power (intermittently) for two days, which resulted in no water + electricity for several hours each morning. This was eventually rectified by an on site generator

Lovely staff who are very friendly and go out of their way to help and give advice of things to do, places to eat etc. Lots of breakfast options. The bathrooms are quite tight, but have great showers! I would go back.

Cycladic islands hotel & spa exceeded our expectations. Kyriaki, the receptionist that was there for our check in was very friendly and professional too. She was informing us daily about all the must see places around Naxos with lots of hints. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of handmade goods including traditional dishes. Elsa who was responsible for the breakfast was providing a warm, experience in the buffet area. The room was spacious and very clean. Towels were changed daily. What can a client ask more?

floors were dusty throughout and dirty in the bathroom. no extractor in the bathroom. fridge in the room but it goes off when you are not in the room and it’s v noisy at night.

had to take balcony table into room (Syros) to hold suitcase. luggage racks in the rooms would make an excellent hotel even better. also a couple of hooks in the room would be a useful addition.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help and give tips on what to see and do. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The hotel ground was beautiful, in a tranquil spot.

Lovely boutique hotel, 2 min. drive to Agia Anna's beach (you can walk to the beach as well). Excellent service/breakfast by the kindest staff you can ask, private parking, pool, nice view of the sea, excellent choice for a week in Naxos.

Great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely traditional Cycladic aesthetic. Wonderful breakfast included with a different variety of options everyday. Great location with lots of restaurants and beaches in close walking distance. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The only problem for us was that it was a bit further from the beach and restaurants than we realised. In reality it was only a 7-8 minute walk, but walking back uphill with our wet swimming stuff was a bit of an effort for us.

The rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool lovely, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

No negatives about the hotel

Lovely rooms with a comfy bed and great shower - the pool area is also really nice with friendly staff on hand. The location is also fantastic, 5/10 minute walk from Aggia Anna beach but the hotel feels almost secluded which makes it nice and peaceful. If I was to return to Naxos I would 100% stay here again.
