We are happy with our trip! The staff is the treasure of the hotel. Absolutly amazing, helpful, kind. We needed to change the room, because it was smelling sigarettes. The hotel was fully booked, but they did find the way to change the room. My husband was happy! We are absolutly happy with everything! Thank you very much!

Very hard to find a parking spot ; in the advertise they promoted free parking places.

There is not enough place for all cars at the parking in front of the hotel. Parking on the city streets is free, but in the high season there are not enough places for all the cars. The air-conditioner in the room was not working and it was super hot in the room. Leptokaria city beach was not good - very rocky, windy and crowdy!

Great location - 100 m from the city beach and 50 m from central street. Very helpful staff! Good variety and quality of the food in breakfast. Most of the quests were on all inclusive, we had only breakfast. There was an option to pay 15 euros per person per lunch/dinner and to use the buffet. We liked the pool and the pool bar very much

The bathroom was a bit small

We were looking for a place to stay at a reasonable price. The goal was just to sleep in the hotel. The hotel is located by the sea. Plenty of parking. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was a bit small. The hotel is very clean. There is a pool in the hotel and a drink bar adjacent to the pool. Greek music was played in the pool. The staff was friendly and pleasant .A sufficient breakfast

We had an incredible stay of 2 weeks at this hotel, honestly it was beyond any expectations. First of all we were lucky to get a room with amazing Mount Olympus view that made every morning just precious and magical. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as bed linen and towels. Hotel is not super big, however it had an outdoor pool with plenty of sun beds around, so you can enjoy yourself during the day or in the evening with a good cocktail or cup of coffee served on the bar next to the pool. Hotel is not located on the first sea line, but for us it wasn’t a problem since we appreciated a little walk (3 to 5 minutes, depending on the location you choose on the beach) after a good and at the same time affordable meal at the hotel restaurant. For those who are coming by car or plan to rent, there are plenty of parking spots in the close proximity to the hotel. BUT! The real treasure of this hotel is stuff. Everyone is extra nice and friendly, would it be owner, receptionist, manager or cleaning lady. They made us feel like we were visiting family or good old friends, making our stay unforgettable. We will remember them with warm feelings in our hearts. To sum up, we would come back if have an opportunity!!

I think we did not get toom what we booked. We booked standard double room and we get room with four beds and suppose economy. At th final end we did not complain because there is no need to complain for three night stay when you are there in roon for sleeping Bed is not comfortable.

Staff, especially restoran staff. Location. Food. We payed two days extra for buffet dinner and worh it. Overall everything is well.

I mean, if the hotel would have been right on the beach it would have been perfect but that aside, there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great, it was just a couple minute walk to the beach. The staff, what can I say, they were amazing!! Super helpful & kind! Everyone at the front desk, the waiters, the staff at the bar & especially the hotel manager were the best!! We even won a free dinner cause we were selected of all the people that booked via booking.com for the week!

Great location, close to train station, beach and main streets. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast with several options to choose so everyone will find something to eat. The room was really totally fine with comfortable beds and AC working very well. As we stayed only for 1 night did not manage to try swimming pool and the bar. I recommend this place definitely.

NOTE: The manager of the hotel, called me few days after our stay, and asked me to take down the review as "I was informed about the pet". As a result I edited the text of the review, in order to clarify the fact that "we were informed" which though does not change the fact that this is NOT a "pet friendly" hotel. We were informed, prior to our arrival, that we are not allowed to have the pet in restaurant and swimming pool area. We were offered a cancelation with refund but we denied as it was last minute before our trip and did not want to go through the search process again. Upon our arrival at 23:00, after a very long trip, being exhausted, we were boldly informed by the receptionist (quoting him here): "that the pet is not allowed ANYWHERE in the hotel but your room". We did not have breakfast (included in price) or allowed to take breakfast at our room and Hotel did not try to find any alternative. Also they are advertising "Free parking" which they actually mean "Try to find some parking on the street". This is a "No parking at premises"

The room's electrical system. On arrival, we spent a few bizzare minutes switching on and off lights to figure out which switches do what, since they didn't always work. The key card detection mechanism made an audible circuit breaker tripping sound every 15 seconds, which made it difficult to sleep. The room's circuit breaker actually tripped on 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there, which was an issue since we need the AC on to sleep.

The staff were great and hotel facilities and food were also very good - great holiday vibe lounging around the pool and pool bar.

We booked two double rooms. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was very friendly. This appears to be a four bedroom, which was enough for our family, but we could not cancel the second room though. As a gesture we could have dinner of lunch for free. e

They were very friendly, the rooms were okay, clean, but simple. Zwembad was good. Bar okay, good menu. Breakfast was complete and fresh.
