We felt the room should be more modern to justify the price

We really enjoyed our stay in Delphin Rooms Sivota, our room was very spacious with a large balcony and all the required amenities. Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very helpful for all our needs. The property had an external, free private parking which was covered. The location was just 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre. Overall satisfied with the hotel!

The staff is so nice and kind, excellent location in the middle of the village, the room is very comfortable, spacious and clean with huge balcony. Highly recommend.

The complaint is the very thin insulation between the rooms. Every movement of the chairs in the apartment next to or above is heard very loudly. In apartment 9, the external unit of the air conditioner can be heard from the other room when the users turn it on.

What we liked the most was the extremely clean apartment, staff who clean every day. even if the bed was not originally a double bed, they perfectly made it into a king size bed, where we slept without any problems, the wife, the baby and me. All employees are very friendly.They came out to meet us to be on the ground floor because we have a little baby. Every day they clean the room and change the bedding and towels, which are perfectly clean and soft.The yard is perfectly arranged, there is enough parking. The apartment is also close to the beach, supermarket and pharmacy.

Maria, the host, was incredibly friendly and always approachable. She took care of everything I have asked for. The room was nice and enough space for me and also enough space to store everything. The inventory was quite old, which I could already take from the pictures. The bed was unfortunately not that comfortable. Besides it was a bit noisy due to other guest, who you could hear quite loud. The location of the rooms is very good. It´s just a short walk from the village and you´re in a quiet street next to the main road. You can easily get to a lot of beaches by foot and even better by car. There´s a car park for the guests. You have a lot of super markets around and the best bakery of the village is only 5 minutes away (Tsoumantis). I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place when you´re ok with an "ok" bed for a few nights.

The woman who put us at our rooms was nice and kind. The cleaning not so good. Despite all that a man was soooo rude. We paid the room because there was parking with the price and my father is sick and needs rest and vacations. One day when we returned very very tired and unfortunately late at night and someone had taken our parking, instead of helping us, that man told us either to put our car at an awful place we had no idea to whom it belonged or check out.! The only good thing is its location.
