The room was Ok. The door had damage around it and the patio door would not lock without an additional pin that you had to insert to keep it from being opened. This made the room feel less secure.

I couldn’t lock my balcony door as it was broken. I asked for a new room but the receptionist didn’t quite understand. He gave me a metal cylinder to “lock” the door but I wasn’t happy with this experience at all.

Not clean, I arrived and put my bag on the nightstand and dust was flying everywhere. The bathroom was not proper fixed, found a lot of patches from old tubulations, It need repairing to look comfortable. On the balcony the water from the air condicioning acumulated on the floor of the night, It’s a easy fix what shows that the hotel need a bit of care.

Good location, but be careful at night. Room was ok, basic amenities, for a budget room it's decent.

Room didn't match the photos, bathroom had several imperfections on the walls and floor, the towel rack/hanger was broken, no shower stand, curtain was covering the drain and the water was not draining... There was no room servicing and the staff just told us they usually ask if room service is needed, but we were never asked. The balcony was dirty and had water dripping from the AC everywhere. Breakfast is awful, little diversity of food and poor quality.

The dor of the toilet, closet and the dor to the balcony was broken. Although it was in the 4th floor for security reason, I would recommend the Hotel to improve it.

Besides everything being quite old and not completely clean I had a lot of ants in my bed comming out of the wall. I arrived late and left early. This is not acceptable. Sleeping is disgusting and inconvenient like this. No compensation ir anything from the hotels side.

A very dangerous area full of drug addicts and prostitutes. We were afraid to leave the hotel in the evening. They would pick on you in the street and ask you for money. The food, something horrible, I have travelled all over the world but I have never seen anything like it! They don't understand the concept of breakfast! The bathroom in the room was a disaster! It smelled bad you had no head support for the shower (I washed my head with one hand, with the other hand I had to hold the shower). A curtain that could not be pulled or tightened and was constantly sitting in the water. You had to tell them to come clean the room. The staff would roll their eyes when you walked into the hotel! Friendly to a fault but mostly incompetent. Only one person went out of their way to help us! I don't recommend it and will definitely avoid the area from now on.

It was central and close to the metro station. You can walk 20 min to the center. The air conditioning worked well. A guy at the front desk was very competent and friendly.

The proximity to the train station, walking distance to all the main attractions, excellent staff and a lovely quiet sleep. Room was modern & clean with a very powerful shower, comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Didn’t know that the air conditioning would only work when you are in the room and it cuts off automatically on the night so I wouldn’t recommend staying in summer months… we took cold showers but we had a half tub shower hand held without anywhere to grip, and cold showers didn’t stop us from sweating profusely.. woke up many times sweating and had to take the bottled water we put in fridge on my body to cool down. Never got cool or comfortable til we got on cruise ship. To be fair, even hop on hop off bus AC didn’t cool bus down. The bathroom was small and the plastic toilet seat was broken. Would pay for American name brand hotel on same square next time in hot weather.

The beds were comfortable and the location was fine. There was an elevator that would fit 2 people with luggage. Would recommend only for off hot weather season.
