Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesTiny bathroom.but clean. If you come for a honeymoon style that's not the place for u. If u need a place to sleep and shower while touring Athens and you r not spoiled - great place !
Great value for price. Located on a metro station and a HOP ON AND OFF bus station. 15 min walk from the center of Athens 20 min walk from the Acropolis. Very Small room. Tiny bathroom. A balcony. Good hot water and a strong A/c. Simple breakfast for 7euyros. The area is not the best but still safe to walk at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. A small frige, no safe in the room. I will come again. Photos on web site are realistic except for the meeting room. It's a lot smaller and dark. But who cares ?🤣

United KingdomI wasn’t too keen on leaving my key in at the front desk every time I left, especially without a safe in the room, but inexperienced no issues and I suppose it’s one less thing to lose.
The location is minutes away from a main metro station and the views are great if you get a balcony room!

United KingdomFantastic value for money! Amazing spacious balcony with table and chairs and incredible city views! Fridge in room which was great to keep water cool etc. Room had ac. Hotel is very close to Metro a few minutes walk so you can get anywhere including airport easily. It is also 10-15 mins walking distance from most sights. Lots of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Friendly staff and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

BrazilThe shower of one of the rooms that my family stayed was not working perfectly. Nothing that cannot be fixed easily by the hotel.
It is a nice place that met my expectations. It is close to everything you need (supermaket, bus station, etc...). The people who work in the reception were super friendly. It is not a luxury place, but it is a good fit if you just want a place to sleep while you visit the city during the day.

SlovakiaI was OK with both the smal shower and minimalistic breakfast, but for those requiring large shower and buffet breakfast this may not be such a good hotel if these people do not appreciate the view from the balcony. The breakfast was juice, coffee, 2 slices toast bread w/ 1 slice cheap ham and cheese, olives, and some sweet bread with jam, honey etc.
The best quality to price ratio for the room I ever had - I really enjoyed excellent view from a very large balcony with my beers cold thanks to a fridge in a room. The bed was comfy, plenty of electricity sockets (also just by a bed), a nice desk in the room but most importantly separate chairs and a table on the balcony. Make sure you stay as much top floor as possibible, and ideally in rooms X04 (i.e. 804, 704, 604) as these have much better view of the Omonia sq. than other rooms. The best restaurant nearby is I guess Η Στοά Αλλιώς - Stoa Allios (Gamveta 14), some 5 mins from the hotel. In the "tourist trap" zone, reasonable prices and unbeattable view had Antica Restaurant & Cafe (Adrianoy 25).

IrelandBathroom could be updated, tiles missing and the shower head was broke, nothing too serious! Reception asked for the key each time you left the hotel, bare in mind it was a digital key so I didn't see the big deal, very old fashioned method!
Great location, central for restaurants and a 20 minute walk from the square which is the stop off point for airport transfers! Quiet, comfy and great value for money
