Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkPillows are hard, and we even ordered the softest option in their 'Pillow Menu' (nice touch, but offer also super soft pillows for us sleeping on our stomachs).
Rooms are spacious, extremely clean. Loved the complimentary Illy espresso machine and capsules in the room - a nice touch.

The bed, large and very comfortable. Our room was a good size with plenty of room to move around. Bathroom well equipped except you have to step into the bath for a shower. Big fluffy towels with amenities replaced each day. Swimming pool a good size on the top floor with great views if the Parthenon and Lycabettos Hill. We ate breakfast in either if the surrounding cafes, also great for dinner too. Metro is within 10 minute walking distance. This is our second time at this hotel and we would go again

HungaryThe rooms are quite small, but we stayed in renovated rooms with a window to the street so we didn’t mind. The beds could be better, the mattress is very hard and the bedding isn’t amazing. At this price level hotels tend to try to offer a good sleep.
The staff were amazing. Despite the size of the hotel and the number of guests the staff dealt with all our issues and were extremely kind and welcoming.

United StatesReception staff (one or two of them) try to avoid helping you. For example, one morning we had to leave at 7 and a day before asked if we could get a breakfast box to go. He told that breakfast starts at 7 anyway you get in 10 min before without any problem. But that was not the case in the morning.

I would like to mention that before arriving at the hotel I read some of the negative reviews, but I was happily surprised that the hotel has already improved on the most of the complaints. This shows a sense of responsibility and I liked it. This is why I am writing this review, and hope some minor complaints will be taken care of as well.

South AfricaThe roof top pool is far too crowded and not enough shade cover from the sun. The hotel can definitely make some improvements there.
The aircon was excellent and the size of the room was very generous. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the WIFI was good. The room service was prompt and the menu has a good variety of food, drinks and wine. The breakfast has an excellent variety. We had a late flight out and the hotel gave me a late check out on the day which was exceptionally kind of them.

The room was clean and big enough, no noise from outside streets and traffic. Bed very comfortable. Good location, 10min walk from Syntagma. Breakfast was good, but served in small closed space which was is not advisable in times when Covid is exploding in Greece. All in all, this hotel is a good choice and I would stay here again.
