Original room was a "free upgrade to an executive room:. It was very small and reeked of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vents. Changing rooms provided a room which looked like the advertised executive room. Calling the front desk did not help. The change was only made after I visited the front desk and asked for any other room that did not have the smoke.

Very guest unfriendly and bureaucratic hotel. Rigid policies with very little human or humane responses. Very expensive for what is delivered and obviously very centered on making money rather than the guest experience

Value for money - we expected much more. I would not call it 5 star. Very old and dated for the price. Location not great as it still takes 15-30 mins to get to main areas of city.

I asked specifically for a quiet room away from the elevator. I got exactly the opposite! It is not the first time that I stay in this hotel through booking, but it it was the first time that a very rude girl in the front desk, delayed our check in because she wanted to make sure that the credit card that I was using was not stolen (by me)! Great work keeping her in that post!

It need needs totally renovation the toilets without bath tub (very old) The towels must be replaced with new towels. Power connections not available not easy to find.

Nothing is good about this hotel. A very old property. The sofas in the room were like 10 years old. Restaurants and pool were very and rugged and need separate change.

Reception staff don't stand the minimum level expected for such hotel. At any hour they are under stuffed and guest should wait 20 minuts.

The room/ hotel was ancient and dated. The hotel did not have travel essentials for guests. The complimentary coffee in the room was limited, I was told to pay for extra coffee via room service if I wanted more.

* We checked in at 00:00 at night only to find out that they reserved a double bed for us although I asked for two singles. * The first room (double bed) was like a museum of old furniture. All the furniture was really old and ugly but at least well preserved. 40 years ago maybe the room design would be appreciated . But not today. Too old. * The second room was nice but nothing special. * We opted for a better room. They told us that they even upgraded us to a "superior" room. Too small and too loud since it's facing the main road. But at least with "superior" view! * Breakfast was at best mediocre. Not even close to a meal of 32 euros per person per day.

I had ants in my room—those big ones. I tried to kill a few of them. But they were coming back. I told reception about it and they promised to take care of it and if they see that they can not, they will change my room. My room was not changed but I think they did something and the number of ants reduced significantly.

I stayed in the hotel in March. So I could not use the pool. However, the room was big enough. As for the breakfast, I liked it a lot. The room service options were a bit limited though.

Small room with a terrible outlook over the back of other buildings. Room had no carpet. Bed and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Noise from surrounding rooms. Small window with little light. Some staff can be abrupt…..typical Greek attitude.

Internet is excellent…fast and does not cut out. Only a little distance from the centre of town but quiet and surrounding by great restaurants. Courtesy bus to other DIVANI hotels including to the beach. Very large lobby and easy access for visiting vehicles.

Inspite of booking two months in advance, and asking for a room with acropolis view, I did not get one. The room I was given had a "welcome someone else" card on the table. It was comfortable but the shower was weak and the bath water did not drain well. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom.. These are not what I expect in a 5* hotel

Overpriced for what was expected. Shower pressure, the alternating hot and cold water whilst showering, quality of towels was not what you would expect of a 5star hotel.

Was disappointed that this was classed as a 5star hotel. The room was very basic. Nothing screamed 5 star at me. The shower pressure was very weak and kept alternating between hot and cod - mainly cold.

Value for money was not really good. The location is off the city centre with lots of walking required to get to the nicer places. Service could be more friendly and forward leaning.

The location is fine. Room was clean. Large lobby with good service. Nice and helpful staff. You enjoy the hospitality of Greek people no matter where u stay.
