Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect…. It had everything I was looking for… it was close enough (15 min walk into central oia) but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Accommodation was clean, staff were super professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was amazing, cocktails and evening entertainment was on point…. I would definitely return…

Omanit had a little less options for Vegans in the savoury healthy section, may be adding few things like Avocado and may be grilled potatoes or some sort of savoury crepe would have helped.
Breakfast had a lot of greek dishes on it, which was nice. the staff is very friendly and eager to help room service is also nice and prompt - few more veggies options would be welcome change.

United KingdomStaff are amazing, food is great & location is perfect if you would like a quiet stay. Oia centre is about 15 minute walk up a large hill or a 2 minute drive which was perfect. The spa and gym was amazing, nothing bad to say about this hotel it was perfect!

An amazing place! Me and my partner just spent a wonderfully relaxing week here and didn't want to leave. As soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the location and views. It's incredibly peaceful and idyllic. The rooms themselves are luxurious and comfortable. Very tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings, and everything looks super high quality. And it was great having our own private pool on the balcony. All the staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They definitely made us feel looked after. The food was first class as well - it was all cooked and presented beautifully. Loved having breakfast each day with the views before us. We'd definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the island. The resort having its own parking area made this very convenient.
