Clean tidy room, couldn't get air-conditioning to work but that may have been us. Bit noisy outside due to construction work starting early in morning up the road.

Less than 10 minutes by walk from the metro station. Good position, in the centre of all the main sightseeing points of the city. Not the most nice area but strategic for the first time in Athens. Good, varied breakfast with many options, both sweet and savoury, fruit and good quality. Nice rooftop with bar and restaurant and a wonderful view on the Acropolis and the city. Not the most modern design rooms but comfortable anyway and well equipped with all the amenities.

Hotel location was really center in the city, within 8 min walking you can get literally everywhere, it was our first time going to Greece and we didn’t have to take any taxi because everything was within walking distance. Is in a very busy street so is VERY LOUD if you are a light sleeper i recommend ear plugs. It was very clean and comfortable beds except the kids bed vas kind of bad! Breakfast was very complete a lot of options. Front desk staff was amazing!!

Surrounding area is not great, sleep not the best quality

Rooftop bar is very nice with an excellent 360 view of Athens. Rooms are clean with modern bathroom. Staff were helpful

Location is very good, I walked everywhere from the hotel. The underground station is only a few minutes away from the hotel. The bad topper was smaller than the actual mattress and was very uncomfortable. Also, the mattress was too soft, and my body sunk in. I did not have a good sleep and woke up with backache. The air conditioning didn't work, and I was told by the receptionist to open the balcony door if the room was too hot, but I couldn't leave the balcony door open because of traffic noise.

Pleasant staff; decent location. It was a wee bit loud early in the morning but this is to be expected when located on a main road. Rooftop restaurant / bar and pool were lovely :)

Rooftop is great but prices are exhorbitant - 13 euros for a cocktail and unfriendly barman. It is not the hotel's fault but the hotel is situated in a very dodgy area - that I would not go out in at night and feel safe. Lots of graffiti etc which the Council should do something about.

Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, excellent bathroom. Breakfast was terrific, huge selection of foods on offer.

The location (district around) is pretty questionable, not ideal for those exploring primarily on foot.

1. The towels in the room were stained (not dirty) and do not give you confidence that they would be clean 2. At the check-in desk they offer an airport luggage scale, but it can only be used with cash 3. Also, the luggage storage place is for a fee (2 euros), which you do not get back

1. The staff was very nice and upgraded our room at no extra cost 2. Rich breakfast and for all tastes 3. Short distance from the metro 4. The bar on the 12th floor offers a superb view

Hotel in a good hotel beside the metro. Staff were very helpful. No information about anythihg in the roolm was the only problem. There was a bar and a swimming pool on top of the hotel which were absolutely beautiful.
