Good location outside main area of Fira, only 10 min walk. Rooms lovely and like the fact lots of pools and different areas Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and Maria on concierge desk was very helpful too

Minor issues, the pool was cold despite it being the 2nd week of September and the air temperature was 30+ degrees. They must constantly circulate fresh cold water or something? Lots of small flies around the breakfast room which seem to die very quickly as staff swept them off the floor regularly, I’m not sure if this an ongoing problem or just some kind of outbreak when we were there. It sounds worse than it was! Whilst I know Santorini is expensive, drink and food prices at the hotel were more than I expected, from memory €8 for a bowl of chips. These negatives wouldn’t put us off staying here again if we returned to Santorini.

The beds and pillows were way too soft!

Cute resort hotel with large rooms and great facilities. I was visiting for a wedding so didn’t explore the hotel or the surrounding area much, but it definitely was a comfortable stay.

There are a lot of flies while relaxing outside.

The resort is well laid out with plenty of pools and had no trouble getting a seat for breakfast. Plenty of sun beds etc.

People that reserve chairs with towels at the main pool when they are not there for hours

The room was very large and we got an upgrade which we were very grateful for, we had a balcony with a view over the main pool, breakfast was great but a little busy at times, staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem

Hard to get chairs at the main pool. No pool towels at the pool. You need to go to reception to get them.

The location was brilliant as we could walk into town and there was a supermarket 5 min walk away. There are multiple pools and the room was very large.

some details could be fixed - the rooms are nice clean but needs some maintenance /brush up to be at 4 stars level the SPA and Gym environment could be freshened up, I am sure many would be interested in spending some extra euros there.

The service and the staff are nice and welcoming. very helpful Pools and pool bar are great. Breakfast is good.

The pools (6) where all amazing, breakfast great and all you could eat. Cocktails and bar perfect. Maria in reception was so helpful and friendly she made everyone's day.

Nothing everything was perfect

Absolutely everything. We arrived at checkin to be told we had been upgraded. The resort is beautiful with many pools to choose from, our room was spacious with huge double shower. Bit of a walk to main town Thira about ten minutes but we only went at night when it was cooler. The staff were exceptional.

The main issue I found was a significant shortage of sunbeds with shade in the morning. Also, the sofa bed in our room was only suitable for kids up to 10 years old, despite having booked for 3 adults, so 19 y/o daughter had to sleep in a tiny sofa bed. Drinking water seems to be rationed at the hotel, not even in the lobby or in the gym, so everybody has to go to the nearby supermarket to stock up on reasonably priced drinking water.

Great hotel in a great location, walking distance to Fira, several pools, gym was very nice. Staff were very helpful.

The other guests who put towels on sun beds and then walk off for around 6 hours and then arrive back with the attitude that we’ve stolen their sun beds and they’re entitled to them due to the towel. People should not be allowed to do that -it’s not fair and very selfish for those who are actually spending time at the pool area.

Breakfast was excellent, staff are just lovely and respectful and the room was beautiful.

I think the hotel could improve their oversight on guests grabbing beds in the early am but not using them. I recommend they look at a 15-minute rule where beds are not occupied, they remove the towels. This was quite frustrating.

Loved everything. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in, food was best we ate in Fira and Maria at the concierge desk was outstanding. We did everything she recommended. 5 star for Maria who made our holiday

The toilet situation which is standard to the islands. Can’t flush toilet paper. Disposal is in a waste bin.

Breakfast was substantial with a large selection of hot and cold foods. The three pools were very clean and nicely located throughout the resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A nice selection of drinks at the bar. Restaurant offered a la carte as well as a standard menu and room service.
