Now the pluses stop here, cause there are also some cons. I’m not sure if previous comments on the place are fake or if there has been changes in between but the so-called responsive and advise provider host was nowhere around for us. We’ve have asked questions and got sometimes answers sometimes none and haven’t seen anyone. The comments also mentioned a parking lot, which is inexistant (unless it was referred the one and a half parking space in front of the house where it is indicated “no parking”…?). We were also given a ground floor apartment whereas we had rented the one above (with a terrasse/balcony and sea view); now that’s said it turned out that the ground apartments have a little private backyard that revealed to be perhaps better that the exposed terrasse. It is to be noted that if you come with a car you better have the smallest as you can cause the streets are narrow and it’s hard to park with peace in mind that you’ll find back your car intact. Last but perhaps not least, the neighborhood is not the prettiest of the island, with junk cars and motorbikes here and there, although it is safe.

Fairly located in the island, at a somewhat walking distance to Fira, this apartment is spacious for 2 but can afford 3 persons. It is clean, well equipped (looks like a relatively new construction) and clam. The cleaning has been done after 2 days in, which is a plus. There are restaurants and shops around which is convenient for a stay. All in all, still a good value for the money if the cons are not dealbreakers for you.

Kitchen is not fully equipped as utensils were limited and it was not stocked with basics (salt, pepper, oil etc).

The apartment we stayed at, Elia Residences, was on the ground floor and was very spacious, with separate living and bedroom areas. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. It also had a nice private patio. The apartments weren't far from Fira and were within walking distance. There was also a bus stop on the main road which takes you to Fira, so getting around was easy.

There is no parking spot and it’s quite difficult to find a parking spot around at the narrow small streets.

The host, Nikos, was super friendly. He helped us out when our ferry to Santorini was cancelled and gave us valuable information about the island (must see locations & how to get there with local busses). The accommodation was very nice.

Elia Residences are extremely spacious apartments, with separate living and bedroom. They are clean and well-equipped and our host made us very welcome. We were assisted in hiring private transport and transfers, and were given lots of tips for what to do during our time in Santorini. The apartments aren't far from Fira, but we found the best way to get around was by ATV or car from the apartments.

Nikos is the best host ever! He started being always available and helpful as soon as I booked my trip to Santorini, giving me perfect advices on what to visit and where to go to eat, beaches, etc. The apartment was great, perfect air conditioning, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom and cobfortabke kitchen, and also a nice private terrace. The position was perfect to go everywhere on the island with a motorbike or a car. I would definitely go to Elias apartments again!

Although the cleaning lady came every 3 days it would have been convenient to have a broom and tea towels.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean with a great terrace that had a view across the rooftops to the Mediterranean. Nikos, our host, who met us at the property, was very helpful and easy to contact. It is in a convenient location to good public transport, restaurants, supermarket, doctors and even a hospital. I can highly recommend the apartment and Santorini.

Nikos, who is the guy who will wait for you and help you at your arrive, is an amazing person. He is kind and very helpful. Thanks to him we managed to spend an amazing week in Greece visiting and testing any kind of adventure and activity the island offers. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and the spaces were wide enough ,so each of us could have its own privacy if we wanted. The terrace with the swings is one of the most relaxing place in the house.

Maximum 20-30 min with squad to different location: Oia, Kamari Beach, Perisa Beach.. Recommendation: amazing sunset sailing experience with catamaran (max 14 pcs) - Caldera Yachting, also another recommendation for Nikolas.

Elia apartment was perfect choice for our stay in Santorini. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and has all you need. Location is very convenient, with shops, bus station, bakery, restaurant within 5 min. The highlight of our stay was our host Nicos, who was very kind, helpful and available at any time we needed assistance. Highly recommended!

This is probably the first 10 of 10 I give in Booking. The apartment is located at the center of the island, so you can explore it easy with a car or motorbike (we took a motorbike from the airport). This is two rooms apartment with equipped kitchen (even corkscrew and ice box :)) and a very nice private patio for late evening wine. There is no view, but I prefer it that way rather than a promise for a view and no good one like the most of the announcements. The bath was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! In the hot days we didn't need an air conditioning - the place is shady. You get what you see on the pictures and even more - so polite host Nikos, who gave us a map and some nice directions for pleasant stay, restaurants, wineries, boat trip, beaches and even view points for the sunset. The wi-fi is good too. You can park your car or motorbike on the street (well, at least at May, I don't know how it would be at summer).

We are travel bloggers and travel alot and stay in all types of hotels, apartments, and accommodations. This was probably our WORST experience in Greece. First and foremost if this is your business you communicate with the person staying. There was little to no communication prior and during. Second we took a shower went to see the sunset and came back to the place ANTS everywhere in the bathroom. Booking.com reached out to the owner to give us a refund and then we are going to stay somewhere else but they denied it. They didn't get back to us about the ant problem right away and didn't send anyone to help clean until the next day. So we had to sleep with BUGS! All they did was wipe them up. Everyday there were ants in the bathroom. I sent videos and pictures. He never let us know when they were coming to clean the ants in the morning. NO COMMUNICATION. If you want a great stay in santorini and your a couple like us on your anniversary AVOID this place like your life depended on it.
