Everything was perfect

The hotel is just in front of the sea, you can sleep enjoying the waves sound. Maria and the staff have been really friendly: they waited for our late arrive and they prepared us breakfast early in the morning because we had to leave. The place is amazing!

There is no access to disabled. 50 stone steps to the rooms on the 3rd floor, small basic room WC, difficult parking, no EV or PHEV car charging facilities.

Location, traditional building stone construction, great proximity to the sea, gentleness, cleanliness, home prepared full breakfast, real pet friendly, cozy interior room design although not related to local tradition, beautiful veranda n each room full facing the clam gulf of Itilo, exquisite location of the breakfast open space right by the beach. Fresh fish taverns very close.

Accepting that an elevator would affect the style of the hotel, its absence should be considered. There was only one air-conditioning unit for the open-plan area, which hosted four people, but the weather was so lovely that we did not use it for more than a couple of hours.

We had the pleasure of staying at this traditional-style hotel right next to the sea, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's stunning location provided a safe and tranquil environment, allowing us to relax and enjoy the mesmerizing sound of the waves. A highlight was the unique breakfast served next to the sea, which offered various delicious options that satisfied all tastes.

The breakfast was the best we had in Greece. The location is superb: right on the beach, quiet, a restaurant in walking distance, and a lively town in easy driving distance.

Studios are a bit outdated - resulting in some imperfections: out of 3 days, we had 1 day without hot water and 1 day with no electricity in our kitchen. in the end, everything got resolved by very friendly host, but still a bit uncomfortable. A lot of mosquitos (and poor protection against mosquitos). Kitchenette is very basic. Not the most comfortable bed.

Fantastic location with amazing view - very close to Limeni, close to Areopoli and right at the bay with calm water. Lovely terrace at the studio. Host is amazing & very friendly. Very nice breakfast with homemade local products.

My only complaint would be that there were some things missing from the room. We did not have shower soap/shampoo in our bathroom. It also would have been nice to have an iron in our room, but certainly not required.

Maria was an amazing host and very helpful with all our local questions. She made a delicious breakfast each morning beyond what most hotels offer.

The 2 restaurants nearby - The fish restaurant is expensive and the other one further along is very poor. Maria's husband recommended a restaurant across the bay in lemeni called Kourmas which was very good.

Bathroom a bit tired and small

Lovely terrace looking over the bay. Very friendly, helpful owners. Free canoes to use and incredibly good and generous breakfasts. Local fish restaurant. Walkable to the villages of New Itilo (~1km) with a small shop and couple of restaurants, and beautiful Limeni (3.5km) and up the hill to Kelefa castle ruins. A short drive to the small but picturesque town of Aeropoli.

There is nothing about this property that you could possibly not like.

The personal touches in every corner of this place make you feel like you are staying with family. Every morning a special breakfast from Maria with products from their garden or other local producers was a special experience. It was also a pleasure to visit their olive tree plantation and hear the history of their family on the farm.

We wanted to stay in Limeni but so glad the whole village was booked up and we chose Elixirion. The room was beautiful and comfortable with our own entrance and terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast was best we’ve had although many were amazing, and the owner was attentive, helpful and simply very nice. We loved the quiet location and the restaurant next door proved to be very good too, in a nice setting over the sea. To see turtles swimming was a cherry on the cake and combined with our swims in the bay just 30 seconds from our room the whole stay was absolutely fabulous. Also very near to Limeni for dinner or Aeropoli. We explored Mani from here and location wise it was a perfect choice. Thank you.

Exceptional breakfast. The location was very convenient and the views from the room and breakfast area were stunning! There is a very good fish restaurant just next to it, which we visited twice. It is a family run business and all of them were so lovely and helpful! We stayed with our baby of one year old, and the mother had always a fresh egg ready for my daughter in the morning! They even gave us fresh eggs to take with us! They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect, which they achieved! We will definitely visit them again in the future, and we fully recommend that everybody who is looking for a quiet, friendly and with stunning views accommodation, to book it without hesitation!

Ohne little Problem .there was no safe way to the sea.theitzle Pebble beach was beautiful but the owner said they weren't allowed to build a couple o steps or s passageway to the beach .it was very desapointing .

Elixirion is everything that is great about a small family run guest house. Maria was the perfect host, the rooms were lovely, with the best breakfast we had in Greece! I can't recommend this place enough, the free use of the kayaks was great to explore the bay. Can't wait to come back!
