How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing comes to my mind.
The hotel is located just next to the public bus station, 5 minutes away from the windmills. Hotel is very clean inside and outside. Wifi works well. Trisia the receptionist is super helpful. She gives me plenty of information about this beautiful town.

wifi signal was unstable, causing issue with the internet connectivity once in a while

After nearly 24 hours of travel, stepping into this charming hotel and being greeted by Trisha’s warmth and kindness was an absolute relief. I stayed at Galation Apart'Hotel for 3 nights. Excellent welcome from Effie at the reception and from Mykonos sunset ! Everything was just perfect in the room which was very nice, clean, bright, sun-oriented and last but not least - overlooking a beautiful view ! The Italian shower also was of perfect size and very pleasant, very good pressure . As for the bed, omg the best I ever had during my stay in Greece ! THE excellent, very comfy bed you can dream of ! Complimentary water, coffee, tea, juices and even cakes in the room ! The view of the sunset from the balcony is totally awesome and so relaxing. Excellent location in the town centre, you can walk everywhere and get lost in the beautiful streets of Mykonos town, the central bus station and taxi station nearby are also very convenient. Excellent, first-class service from Effie and her staff who are as kind as professional and reactive. Effie made everything to make my stay unforgettable and I really appreciated her recommendations, her tips. I highly recommend this place and I would really love to come back someday !

I checked in for the second time. The Hotel itself is perferctly located at the "Entrance" of the village Mykonos/Chora - from there you an only walk. You find all buss-starts to beaches, airport und harbour at the same point. The rooms are very well created - with love to the detail. You will find amenities like Coffe/Tea/Water/Juces in your room. The bathroom war perfect as well. The staff is super gentle and it is always a pleasure to have a nice conversation with them.

The location is right across from the bus station, and there are many great places to eat and shop nearby. Effie at the reception was very professional and gave a detailed introduction to the island's attractions, providing excellent service. This has been one of the most comfortable and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in Greece, and I highly recommend it to friends. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The Room is great, noise during the nights though because there is a restaurante bar aside the hotel.

Could not walk down both sides of bed as it was up against a wall but this was only a minor issue
Location was ideal for us as it is close to centre of old town and next to the bus station so transport links to beaches port and airport were on hand

Noise from the bar below us. My boyfriend took plugs but I was very tired and slept it off
We had to spend one night unplanned in Mykonos and I chose the room for its good price and location right next to the Fabrika bus station. The place is great, fantastic facilities, wonderful clean room, soaps, shampoos, toothbrush and other amenities. Really beautiful.

no space and area for breakfast and the cleaning make up not really good during the stay
The location is very good near to everything, easy and very near to get taxi, rent ATV & scooter, old town and center are 2-3 min away

The noise, although this was not their fault. The room downstairs that shares an interior garden with the restaurant in the front can get extremely noisy, especially at night. Groups of tourists sometimes used to sit in front of the room as well. It is basically impossible to keep the curtains open since this leaves 0 privacy in the room.
The staff were amazing and helped us with anything from recommendations for places to eat and see to accommodating all our needs as soon as possible.

The location of the property turned out to be a real life saver for us. It’s literally in front of the main bus station downtown (Fabrica). Everything was so lovely and warm right from the beginning. Team and Panagiotis made our day by helping us with super fast check-in at arrival so that we could make it to our reservation at Scorpios. Staff were really welcoming, lovely and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable and clean. If you are planning to rely on public transportation then it will save you loads of time and money.
