How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool has an amazing view of sunset, Konstantinos was very friendly and helpful even offering to walk us to the beach on our first night in a separate location he owned.

Didn't use the hot tub as it wasn't warm enough, but we still made the most of our time there.
Nice clean villa located just 20mins walk from Oia Town. Beautiful scenery.

Great location, and the view was beautiful! The shuttle service made for easy arrival and access to the property. The villa was well-equipped with a hot tub and television and a kitchen with all the appliances necessary.

We would really appreciate tea and coffee. This is normally provided in this type of accommodation as it is not expensive but a nice gesture. The shower needs a fitting on the wall and good scrub.
The house was great, spacious with the sitting area outside and private hottub with the view towards the sea. Nearby village was in a walking distance and there were a few lovely restaurants. Lovely quiet location. Lots of towels for the tub.

If I had to get really picky, I would say to have the Jacuzzi a bit warmer, but that is just a personal preference. To be fair, I didn't mention this to the Host, as I'm sure he would have accommodated us.
What we liked the most was the view/location of the Villa and the Host, Konstantinos. He was exceptional in making sure our needs were met and was always available to fix any glitches that came up. He was excellent!

Located on the side opposite of caldera. Direct view overlooks an empty field that would be good for dirt-biking.
Location is very close to Oia. A couple of good places to eat nearby. Nice view of the water. Very clean.

Great flat - amazing use of space with wonderful natural light, comfortable and clean and a wow view from an extra-large hot tub (private)! Incredible that we found this place. If you are arriving by bus you need to get off at Olympic Villas and then it's the easiest walk. The host met us both at check in and out and gave us great recommendations and also helped book a taxi. He's also left basic food and snacks in the kitchen area for use. There are 3 villas in total and we stayed in the middle property. Absolutely fantastic stay

As the villa is near to Oia the rates per night are a little bit higher than on the rest of the island. Nevertheless it‘s worth to pay the extra for this top location!
The view from the villa and the near location to Oia is amazing and really outstanding!

Our host was so helpful, gave us recommendations of restaurants and activities that Santorini had to offer. Very responsive to requests. The Villa was well equipped, spacious and very homely. The hot tub was such a bonus!! Definitely would recommend to stay here

Nothing really. I wish we had a sunset view from the villa but not a big deal as we could see the sunset by walking few steps from the villa.
- Konstantino is a great host. He met us on arrival and gave a tour of the villa and also provided recommendations about restaurants and shops. - We had a flight in the late evening and he graciously extended checkout time for us. - The villa is beautiful and well maintained with all the amenities. Both the bed and the sofa bed have an incredible and unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. The Jacuzzi is a huge plus. - If you are planning to use public transport, this location is perfect. The Finikia bus station is just 5 mins walk and Oia bus station is about 15-20 mins walk. - There is a mini market on a 5 mins walk. - This place is surrounded by lots of good places to eat (10-20 mins walk): Lunch/Dinner: - KooKoo Bar Restaurant Sunset View (+Breakfast) - Mes Amis (+Breakfast / Great Caldera View) - Santorini Mou (Authentic Greek food / Live Music) - Candouni (Home made food / Live music) - Karma Greek Restaurant (Cozy vibe / innovative menu) Winery (15 mins walk): - Domaine Sigalas
