The room is smaller but cozy. There is no view or balcony.

The location is very good - you have everything at your fingertips. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great.

The breakfast is good but from a 5-star hotel we would expect a richer meal.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Ermo Avenue and Monastiraki Square. The staff at the hotel was really kind, they agreed to extend our check-out stay until the night, for a really symbolic price.

Coffee could be better

An amazing place with a real boutique feel to it. I really loved the Smart room features with an app that included room service options as well. Great location in the buzzing part of the city within the walking distance of most various major landmarks. Various breakfast options, including dishes cooked to order.

The room service hours were a bit hit and miss. The information book in the room wasn't always reliable so its an idea to check with reception in advance. It was a small issue but the temperature of water in the shower and bathroom was not a constant temperature fluctuating between hot to cold, but it was significant problem and didn't effect the over all enjoyment of the stay. Thank you to all the staff at Hellenic Vibes for a wonderful holiday in Athens. We will be returning.

The location of this hotel is a real highlight. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and kind. The included breakfast was very good. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, spacious and very comfortable indeed! Beds were comfortable and bathroom area was very clean and spacious too. Highly recommend this hotel in a very trendy part of town.

I need to learn how to use the smart lighting system - kept switching off at first. Would be good to warn us it switches off after a while during checkin and how to quickly turn it back on - but this is minor.

A good spread of Greek and western breakfast. The variety changed slightly every day so I did not get bored of it. Good wifi and very comfortable beds. Very clean and friendly staff, shout out to Theo who helped with calling car rental to see if they could bring the car to the hotel even as he didn't need to since I booked it directly instead of through the hotel. Great location, I would stay there again!

Nice hotel, excellent location for walking, not good if you have a car. Very nice suite, even if the view is ruined by the buildings being too close. I liked the management system for the lights and curtains through the App. The only significant flaw (for a 5 star): every day at 2.30pm-3pm the room had not yet been tidied up and this is inconvenient after wandered around the city all morning and one would like to rest for a moment before doing the afternoon and evening tours. On the other hand, on the last day at 11.08 they called us in the room to tell us that it was check out time at 11.

I liked everything.

This hotel is a perfect choice to explore Athens. You can either walk or take the subway to all important places. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is good, service at the front desk is very friendly. I stayed for more than a week and have no complaints.

1. conveniently located a few mins walk from metro. and the main sights in Athens. 2. easily accessible to restaurants and shops. 3. good breakfast spread - breads, hot and cold food and desserts! 4. clean and comfortable beds 5. friendly staff who checked us in and out, shout out to Theo! thanks for your help with calling the car rental company for us!
