How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

only issues were no towels when first checked in but corrected Did not have AC two days until when asking why the staff asked if a window was open we had never opened any as no reason but when checking one was open so think housecleaning opened one

All good and within expectations. More variety for breakfast would be nice.
Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Well it’s a new hotel anyways. Parking is very safely located in the basement of the hotel. It’s a lift parking so the lift size is very very tight so suggest to bring a hatchback car.

Location is good however it's about a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre itself.
The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful also

The views are not amazing as its located in the city looking out at other apartment building but it was not an issue

Small fridge, very noisy street. The money reserved on you credit card are kept 7 days after you check out. The neighborhood is so-so.
Good location - 5 min walk from a metro station. A comfortable clean and modern room. 2 supermarkets are nearby.

Neighbourhood looks shabby, but so does a lot of Athens.
Great hotel with funky style and exceptional breakfast at affordable price. Within manageable walking distance of major attractions and or hop on bus network.

Breakfast was OK but there was a lack of variety of items each day. e.g. No fruit salad, no sausages or mushrooms. Location was good for metro but walking into city was not the prettiest! The main road by the hotel was noisy and very busy. Even on the top floor the traffic noise was intrusive. There were only two paper cups in the room - no glasses for water or tea cups. There was only ONE teabag provided per day for a two person room!! This was unnecessary penny pinching. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really small and uncomfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is reasonably near the Metro which is very efficient and just a very short hop into many parts of the city. Useful fridge and safe in the room. The hotel provided still bottled drinking water in the room each day. Good standard of cleaning each day.

The room we get was facing the main road and it was very noisy. However, it’s really spacious, more like a one bedroom apartment. So it really depends on you, whether you want to go for size or quiet.

Breakfast didn’t have variety and also you don’t get assistance with your luggage to the rooms. No body lotions in the bathrooms.

They did not serve food except for breakfast. There is not much place to eat around. Normally, it is not allowed to eat food in packages on tables in breakfast room but first day they made an exception for our baby.
Breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety of food and it was affordable. The place was quite enough. They provide baby chairs. Other than that you can enjoy your drinks any time of the day in garden or inside.

Hotel room was not sound proof and that was so annoying. I was hearing the traffic all night and during the day. That is the reason I would not choose this hotel again
Room was good and location was not bad at all. Staff was so friendly and nice. They even made me a separate omelette without bacon when I asked

The relation price and is really being offered there is a feel of the prices are rather escalating in relation to the final offered product , I would say the hotel is a very good three star
