The wifi connection was horrible,but probably because the hotel was fully booked when we stayed there.Nothing else to remotely complain.

Staff was very helpfull.the cleanliness super ok ( cleaning in the room daily). Rooms recently renovated, the bathroom absolutely huge. The food incredible.Same breakfast every day,but lots of option so you can`t complain. Daily different dinner menu.

The breakfast and the dinner were very poor, with exactly the same food every day. Cheap one... During our 10 day stay at the hotel, almost every day the electricity would go off 2 to 3 times... Had to shower with cold water a couple of times and the water pressure was very low from time to time...

The construction was new, the rooms were looking good with all the comfort one would desire. The staff was very helpful and ok. Overall the complex was clean, the pool was more than ok.

We were at the hotel for 3 night. For this period the room didn’t get any clean. They have only changed the towels. When we get in hotel room there was not any soap that we can use to clean our hands. The socket at the room for power chip was broken. There wasn’t enough spaces at the parking lot and we have to park our car outside. The WIFI signal was very bad and we didn’t have fast internet connection. They have issue with power supply and the power went down every day for about 5-8 times. The last day when we go back at the room to change and make a shower, the water pressure was so bad that we can’t even shower our heads and the water was very cold. When we spoke with the receptionist Viky after 5min the water was ok. The breakfast was very bad. The eggs have smelled the croissants was made at least 2 days ago. We go to reception several times and when I go when we check out they have seen the protocols from the roommates and saw that the room wasn’t clean. When we want to talk with the manager they told us that he didn’t speak English and the receptionist Anastasia will translate. The behaviour was rude, he left at the middle of the conversation and they didn’t want to do anything. They told us that reservation was made from booking and they can’t do anything.

Mattresses are rock solid and hurt my back, not comfortable at all. Dinner’s main meal choices are very limited and the meat based ones were pretty bad, not really worth booking the package where dinner is included.

Breakfast is ok, the location is overall charming in a way, however the pictures make it seem a bit more impressive than it truly is.

Everything was perfect. And remember that we are talking about the hotel of three stars, it deserve more than three, for sure...Special greetings for two recepcionists Ana and Vicky they were so polite and profesional...10/ 10 for this little jam of three stars!

Wifi not working, Tv not working too even after some engineer worked on it.Bed was not comfortable at all. One of the towels had blonde hair but we are both brunettes lol.One of the bedsheets had some stains and made of some very poor material.

There were ants in the bathroom. Considering the pool and grass nearby bugs are expected, just don't leave personal hygiene products in the bathroom. The staff was really nice about it, they offered to spray the bathroom with bug spray.

The overall experience was good. The food was delicious, the staff was really friendly, the pool was clean and the water warm, there were a lot of activities (ping pong, tennis, swimming), the location was nice but you had to take a car to the beach which wasn't an issue since there is a free parking near the beach. The room was cosy and big.

For the all inclusive option we didn’t received water, and we supposed to buy from them with 1,5€ a bottle. The same food every time. No pressure for hot water and it s not warm enough.

Staff was completely useless, they didn’t know anything , I asked for a pharmacy, for the transportation for food. No ideas at all. Restaurant was full even when hotel was empty(?) I felt a bit of discrimination on the receptionist and she didn’t wanted us to go for dinner.

Our room wasn’t clean. (Junior Suite) There was a gap between the door and the floor so one night a big insect (something around 10cm long!!! ) „visited“ us, never seen anything like this before in Greece and we have our fair share with vacation in Greece (our fav normally). We couldn’t change our room because the hotel was fully booked. The staff tried to calm us down with phrases like „it’s normally that insects go in rooms“ well yeah, insects like ants and flies but not anything near like this! We asked for a second clean-up, because there was also a lot of spider web, the were crumbs on the bed… the whole room was just not clean. The second clean-up was really a success. We thought about leaving after the first evening (we’d be happy with a new room but as I said, the hotel was fully booked) and our unwanted „visitor“ but we stayed with friends there and we didn’t want to separate. Because the hotel was fully book the breakfast room was blocked so that nobody could go in until somebody went down, even if breakfast was only available until 10AM, you had no chance to go there. We stayed 6 days, the food at dinner was always not really warm and not well seasoned, we’re not picky with food and especially Greek food is so delicious but it was the first time we didn’t really enjoy the food. But there were different dishes so there was always something for everybody, you just had to eat it nearly cold and had to seasoned it yourself. There was only water for dinner, maybe you can order something else we didn’t try. One day my husband asked it would be possible to get a cup of tea, the staff member just said „no“. Tea and coffee were only available for breakfast. There were one staff member, she was really nice it it wasn’t for here we’d only give 1 star. I got sick and asked several times for hot water (for tea) at the boil bar. The lady was really nice, she always filled up my bottle and my cup and didn’t charge anything , though a tea cost there 2€.

The accommodation seems nice. From outside. Different story from the inside unfortunately.

The room was poorly lit, there were no mosquito nets on the windows either in the bathroom or on the terrace. The door to the terrace was poorly insulated and the wind whistled loudly unless the door stood slightly open. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were stains on the towels. There was no shower holder and I had to hold the shower head the whole time I showered.

Very clean place. The staff was kind and helpful. Receptionist Anastasia was kind and smiling. She convinced us to stay because we arrived in a storm and wanted to cancel our stay. We are glad that we stay and will come back. Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach and restaurants and you can park for free everywhere.

when we arrived we looked at the pool and the reception was very nice and new, very high standard. When they gave us our room it was horrible, the furniture was old, the bed was bad, the towels were bad, the bathroom had no support for a shower, nor facilities such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was no hair dryer. I had a problem with the towels they are wet and they would not give me a new towel they said only after two days. I could hear people screaming at people who work there, and I woke up with this screaming. A 2 star hotel. We were deceived by the photos of the rooms that they put on the main page of the booking, when you get there you have this surprise. breakfast did not have bread options, there was no natural juice or yogurt, there was more food for lunch than breakfast, there was no cottage cheese. the location is good because it is close to the beaches and restaurants but other than that there is nothing to do there

The kitchen was terrible and disappointing because they served the same food every single day. The atmosphere was uncomfortably hot at the place were we eat, and the air conditioner was never turned on. On top of that, Finding parking was a challenge, as the parking space was limited, and we had to park sometimes outside of the hotel.One of the older staff members, who seemed to be a manager or even the CEO, was incredibly rude to children. But the absolute worst part was the food – it was absolutely terrible, and that's the main issue.

However, there were a few good things about this place. It was quiet, the rooms were nice and clean, and the outdoor area was pleasant. The middle staff were very friendly and very helpful. The pool was also well-maintained and cleaned every day.

The rooms inside are old, half the light bulbs in the room didn't work, there was no shower stand and you have to shower yourself which is inconvenient. The staff didn't give us a second power card and you can't leave your AC on to cool the room and every tine wheb you get in the room its warm and you have to start cooling the room.

From outside the complex looks good, the breakfast was good. Clean sheets.

Everything was perfect! Excellent hotel, very good value for money. Excellent service, food, friendly staff, the beach is close and you can walk to it, as well as visit places that are 10 to 20 minutes away by car, Afitos, Kallithea, Kriopigi... Excellent for couples and for every recommendation, one of the best vacations!👌😇🥰
