The room itself was small and felt smaller again by too much unnecessary furniture. The bed was too hard. Although advertised as having cooking facilities, these were very basic with nowhere to prepare food and the re was not enough crockery/ cutlery for 2 people to have 1 meal.

The location near beach, restaurants and public transport was excellent. The staff were friendly and the cleaning service was excellent.

The washing machine which I had no clue how it use as it's the old one and you need knowledge how to use it. my clothes were inside for 10h. And it didn't wash apparently because I didn't close it... But it's not the regular machine to know exactly how to use it. And it made a lot of noise, was impossible to sleep.

Rooms are very dated, old matresses have pointy springs and are terrible to sleep on, water pressure in the evenings is non existant, there was also terrible wasp problems at the breakfast area.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, they help with bus schedules, taxis, reccommendations etc.

Air con in room very noisy, however it was about to be replaced (actually witnessed the replacement😄). Did not provide cleaning products for apartment kitchen facilities so had to buy our own - if you provide the facilities then provide the products! Washing machine did not work, however they made alternative arrangements for us, again back to their willingness to ensure the stay was excellent.

Staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful throughout. Location was good as close to beach and bus stop outside you door to get to and from town centre. Pool was excellent, well maintained and ideal setting.

There was no internet (as the one they had did not reach at all our room) which was not a problem for us as we had unlimited data. Few days (not in a raw) we had only cold water. However, the same or next day the problem was solved all the times.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was fine. Coffee, tosts, greek spanokopita, jams, bread, eggs, yogurt, small pieces of fruits, and other things were waiting us there every morning! The view was amazing. A combination of mountain and sea was in front of us. Both the woman in the kitchen, Christina, and the man in the reception were good and always there to help. Christina was very friendly and we had nice chats every morning which I already miss! Benitses village is very beautiful, with many tavernas, coffee shops and other shops looking the sea, and in the right place to discover the island easier than staying at a very north or very south village (as it takes time to go from one place to another due to the mountains).

Rooms were very smelly. Shower cubicle was leaking. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. Kitchen facilities were awful. No good Kitchen equipments. Waste of money never gone go again. Cooker was in the kitchen but it doesn't work. No idea why it's there. Unsafty sockets were there.

Receptionist is very friendly that's all we found good.

The wasps at breakfast were bad, I had read reviews, but didn’t think it would be as bad as it was, I only stayed one night, but would not be happy to have to do that every morning for a week or so, I just wouldn’t go to breakfast because of it.

We booked last minute and weren't expecting much for the price. Therefore this really exceeded our expectations - the room had a kitchen, next to the pool, the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, it's a great location by the beach.

It's No go hotel!! Picitur that in the booking.com not the same. The reception looks like a garage! The room is scary, and a very old purple color wall w green cortens! The furniture old the mattress is old and uncomfortable. The kitchen old and broken, no microwave in the room! The air conditioner didn't work, but the change in the middle of the stay! We can't sleep or rest in the afternoon. Breakfast is very simple, and you have bread and 3 options, sausage, egg, and bacon (we have once). No poolbar or chance to buy something during the day. For watter you need to go 100 méter (down from the hill) yes this hotel it's on the hill, very steep road to gat up from the main street. The owner of the place tell lies on the booking.com and this is the reason why (no cancelation for any reason). I have more negative about shower room but.... Just find another place to stay. First picture its a reception!

The breakfast was poor but got slightly better over the 11 nights. In particular the coffee was very bad and some of the fresh produce didn't look that fresh. The water pressure was not good and sometimes went off completely. When the heat was in the high 30s you need a cold shower. The breakfast would be better with less and better quality.

The pool and rooms were nice & the views were lovely. The walk to the beach was short. The air con was great & much needed. Beds were comfortable and the linen was nice. The fridge was functioning very well and get our water cold.

Breakfast is pretty simple, so there were a few days when I decided to keep my appetite for later and have more traditional food outside. :)

At first I booked only 3 nights and ended up staying 6 full days! Location is the best—just a 3-minute walk from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc., and even situated a bit high, so you have a great view. The pool is absolutely awesome and relaxing. The room was very spacious, basic, and comfy—exactly what I wanted. The staff were amazing; they contacted me once I booked it, were super helpful and empathetic, and made me feel comfortable coming on my own. When I got to the place, Angela gave me many recommendations. She knows everything about Corfu! She gave me maps and bus timetables. The place feels very homey and well-designed. I really enjoyed it and will defenitely come back!
