There was a slight problem with the room booking. Mistakes are inevitable. What is important is how they are rectified and Nectaria did everything possible to put things right. To describe the rooms as having "fully equipped kitchenette" is somewhat optimistic. Nevertheless, there is just enough to prepare a very simple meal.

The position was great, with a nice sea view, away from the busier end of town and with the best restaurant a very short walk. The room was comfortable and the AC and internet connection were very good.

Stunning view, perfect spot in the town, you can walk everywhere but it's the best and most quiet neighboorhood. The host, Nektaria is wonderful

Klima rooms were all I needed for my short stay in Paleochora. The room had the utensils to cook my food, aircon worked nicely and the whole experience was amazing. I really enjoyed the quietness of the area (as I am a very light sleeper) while still being just couple of steps away from the bustle of inner town. I will definitely be back if next time in Crete!

There was a bit of an issue the shower, it was hard to open the hot water, but it was possible.

The hostess was very nice and pleasant, the location was excellent 👌. The room was great for the price we paid. Beautiful view.

All good for me! Sharing the roof top with a few tanks and solar panels might not suit some.

Comfortable and very private top floor room. Very large rooftop with chairs,table and sun bed to enjoy the sea view. Quiet location but an easy walk to the harbour and town centre. Good communication from welcoming and friendly hosts.

The room was larger than expected with a balcony and sea view. The bathroom/wet room was much better than having a shower cubicle and made a having a shower a pleasure without having a restricted space, on our return after a day out and about the room was well maintained. It was a quiet area and a pleasant short walk to the town centre and restaurants . We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. We love this area of Crete and really enjoyed our holiday the first for four years. We always stay for three weeks but on reviewing our January booking before payment we found the facility's not as booked, so in July we made this booking.

Everything was perfect !

Great place with great view with great location. The sea 🌊 is very close (3 min by foot ) and you can swim and do snorkeling ( we did that every morning and the place is perfect for snorkeling). After that you can come back, take a afternoon nap and go for the big beach ⛱️ that is 10 min by foot. You have two restaurants next to it ( for great breakfast, coffe and so on). Very quiet for good sleep, and great bed. We booked for 3 nights and after we booked another 2 nights because we just love it.

Something that was not within the power of the host was the annoying neon light of the apartment in front which was excessively bright and was on all night. When on the balcony in the evening it spoilt the view of the stars. Maybe the proprietor can afford the electricity!!

I've been visiting Paleochora since 1987 and I've stayed in all kinds of accommodation. This was a lovely room with a nice sea view and in the big scheme of things it was fairly simple, spotlessly clean and with a nice king size bed. But the big difference was the hosts Nektaria and Fanis. Nothing was too much trouble for them and room service was often supplemented with unexpected gifts of fresh fruit and messages asking if there was anything else we needed. Perfect hosts.

The bathroom does not have an allocated space for the shower, but only a shower head. Every time you take a shower, you need to mop the entire bathroom floor. Not unusual for accommodation in Greece, but from pictures this is not easy to understand.

Excellent communication via the booking.com tool and warm welcome upon arrival. Cleanliness of room. Quiet location. Good Wi-Fi. Beach, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance.

Simple , clean , calm place. Smiling welcoming host. Location doeant really matter in Paleochora as everything is close, but its near see with places to eat near water nearby. If you book read what it offers and expect that not kitchenette etc. Everything was great

There is absolutely no reason to dislike or complain about Klima Rooms at all.

Extremely friendly and helpful which includes arranging taxis and help with luggage. I cannot emphasize too much how friendly and professional, also approachable the Klima Rooms people are. They really made my stay memorable.

We only stayed one night here as we wanted to stay longer in Paleochora. The host was very nice, the room was super clean, the view was great.

My holiday ended too soon. I could happily stay at Klima Rooms at least one month...

So wonderful place - maybe the best in Paleochora! I loved the view from peaceful balcony, our beautiful room and the atmosphere of the place. Nektaria took care of all our needs and we felt very warmly welcome. Very nice classic decoration of the rooms and very comfortable beds. And the location was perfect! 5min walk from central of the villlage and yet quiet place where you can hear the ocean waves. There are two nice good cafes for breakfast when you go downstairs. And even a small pebbled beach to be seen in your balcony!

We had double room sea view, in January. Very clean, bathroom with shower, hot water, confortable big bed, a small kitchen wit refrigerator, a small electric stove, plates, glasses, cutlery. Windy region, view to sunrise. Heating with air conditioning. Restaurant at 2 min driving. Parking free on street, very narrow street. First floor no elevator
