It was perfect, perfect couple to be hosted. Nice, warm and very reserved people. Amazing place with nice view, parking spot, they would always clean after you every day leaving your stuff in a proper way. AMAZING.

Lovely welcome from Sophia and mike, lovely apt clean, bedding and towels changed regularly, tranquil setting with views of sea and hills, very quiet area. 5 min walk downhill to local shops and restaurants plenty of choice, 10 min walk to beach.

Large apartment, very clean, beautiful balcony with mountain and sea views. Serviced every day. Very quiet.10 minute walk into town 15 to the beach, the walk back is uphill so be aware but well worth it for the views and peace and quiet, would most definitely recommend.

The location was great, just 5 min walk to Main street in Skala where you can find all the shops and tavernas and 10min walk to the beach. Amazing see view from the upstairs apartment. The host was very friendly and the apartment was the cleanest we ever saw in Greece.

These apartments are spacious enough to relax in, plenty of storage room for clothes and luggage and the bathroom is nice and spacious with a great shower. The cleanliness is spot on, the host is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily and are spotlessly clean. We have stayed here previously 6 years ago and they are great value for money. The location is at the top of the Main Street and up a little hill but more than manageable for people of normal fitness. There’s a lovely balcony to sit on with plenty outside drying availability and the gardens are very pleasant to look out on.

The studios do have a very good WiFi, but there is no television which was a shame as we missed BBC World with the Queen's funeral.

Koukounaries studios don't do breakfast, however there are plenty of local supermarkets. The host, Sophia is tremendous; she keeps the rooms spotless. The location is up the hill from the town towards Old Skala and has great views over the surrounding countryside. It's also very quiet apart from the odd cockerel that must make itself heard in the morning.

It is located a bit out of city center. Beach is 15 min by walk. Dishwashing liquid and sponge was missing but you can buy it easily for 2€.

Sophia is very kind and friendly. The owners live in the apartment next door so check in and check out was very easy. Every day the room was cleaned. Air condition was very effective. The kitchenette was equipped.

Nothing we were unhappy with. Only thing to be wary of is that it is a continuous uphill walk back to the studios from the centre , which would be something to consider if not particularly mobile.

Feels like a country retreat despite only being a 10 minute walk from the centre of Skala. Nice views of both the sea and the countryside from the balcony. Room regularly cleaned and tidied- towels and bed sheets changed every few days. Air conditioning very useful during the hotter than usual weather…Wi fi reliable.

The beds are hard unfortunately

Spotlessly clean and Sophia and her husband are very friendly. The studios are very well equipped with a toaster, mugs,glasses, plates,bowls,hairdryer bottle opener soap and toilet rolls.
